Thank you for sharing this - I am on a path of healing, having been diagnosed with cancer this summer.
Even though I’ve been on a spiritual journey for at least 13 years, did my best to “think positive”, have gratitude at every moment, eat healthier, exercise daily, reduce stress or at least not allow it to affect me as much, I still ended up with a disease that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It is true what they say, the “cure” is worse than the disease in this case. I have been thrust forward more so into my spiritual journey these past 6 months.
The situation at my doorstep has helped me connect to God more than before. And there are MANY ways to connect to God, many past saints, enlightened beings, angels that can help us along.
Paramahansa Yogananda has always been at the forefront for me, as soon as I read his book 10 years ago, I knew he was special. He has a way with words, he has a way to tell a story that hits the heart and soul in a different way.
And I thank him for endowing us with his everlasting wisdom. ❤

You have bad memories locked somewhere inside you. These unsettled resentments are making you sick.
Attachment theory is the catch. You denied authentic aspects of yourself in return for a love that was not likely to be offered.
This is called parts work. Those authentic parts we deny in favor of our attachment to an abusive parent become lodged in our bodies. For example, I hold tension in my shoulders as a physical breaking mechanism to prevent me from punching things and other people. This works to keep me from hurting people physically, but it did nothing for other forms of self-destruction and anger.
Parts work: A man should picture his mother. A woman should picture her father. Then look in the mirror, see the eyes of the one who hurt you, and say,
"I'm sorry I hurt you, mother. Will you please forgive me? Thank you for forgiving me. I love you, Mom!" Then look from her eyes and speak to yourself.
Ladies may want to start with their mothers. Fellas, you may want to start with your father. But mothers make sons and fathers make their daughters, so your resentments lie in these directions.
If you refuse to settle a resentment in this manner, then you must do the parts work and a little reparenting of yourself.
You can research or ask in the chimneys and I'll describe the process for you. I'll be praying for you.

Sadhguru is one very interesting and charming Guy, isn't he! Like a Rockstar! A really glamorous and enticing man. Clever. Charming. Enticing.
And much of what Sadhguru says is useful for us.
Some of what he says sticks in my craw, if you know what I mean?
For there are "religious and HOLY" leaders who we encounter, and then there are "religious leaders" who can eventually become "more HUMAN and less Godly" than we originally thought.
GOD is SUPREME.
Those who help lead us to God are certainly to be appreciated and loved for the good HUMANS that they are.
But mankind is in a fallen state, and there are many who start out as trusted leaders and then start tripping us along the Path. (In Religion, in Politics & Governance, in "Information Dessemination.") ...
Once they've died, we usually can more easily "see" the Saints or the tyrants for who they really were.
My advice to myself is: "Seek "Discernment" for yourself, practice love and kindness, and read whatever "inspired words" help you to find clarity, love and kindness in your own individual life") 🙏 ♥

What is this music?
Love rules, its similarity is spiritual hope. The hope that building up in your tummy and not letting you think different wise about the love you feel. When your spiritually is growing your frequency is vibrating a bit higher. The connection towards yourself, Gods, earth and soul, your brothers and sisters of the same soul family. Will vibrate for all of you, on a higher level. If spiritual hope is getting answered correctly this flow can higher the frequency up to the collective soul families. This is only possible by God’s hands, the love frequency can easily stimulates kundalini and it’s willing to waking it up, straight awake. And will be a part of moments to reach out and touch others letting them participate in a total kundalini awakening with the connection to their higher self. Love rules if we’re connecting from the heart, letting the mind come to become eased down. Connection by heart and compassion, intuition instead or mind controlled words off worlds they’re not even opening up in that way. The way (wu Wei).

What do you mean by "the guru transmits the light of God through him"???? We all carry that light, the psth is within, no human can begin this activation.......
Maybe they mean a teacher can help you remember...the light of god transmitting, could mean like remembrance/knowledge/etc passing through like a spark, sparking/triggering/lighting up the realization...
@dianavandevalk3714 Kriya yoga does teach that energetically the master passes their ignition spark to the devote so they can grow the fire within them.
@melinicious, it means since Master (Since Guru himself has become one with God), with his one divine touch, Master can initiate you in the Journey of Enlightenment, and then you may never look back. By single touch, Guru awakes the power that’s been sleeping with in you for many lifetimes. One can do it by oneself but this takes more time.
Until you have felt the omnipresence of a true Guru, you might not understand. If you truly "tune in", his level of consciousness can be transmitted to a devotee, not by words, but directly.
