I swear anyone can do this easy hairstyle. Great for beginners. Hardest part is parting.
Yall underestimate how long this takes to do on your own head. I just did some on myself and it took around 6 hours

@@TheJCMlove reasonable? Lol Yeah some do unravel but that's because I didn't put enough Got2B Spray on them to keep them from doing that but they hold really well and soon they start to feel and look like actual locs

I used to do my faux loc install like this but took a toll on my edges and caused my hair to thin at the root. Now I slide my entire braid through the crochet loop, crochet the end of my braid through the braid about 1/4 inch down, pull it to form a loop and then wrap with human spring twist hair. I use thicker locs and it looks natural and way less stress on my hair. This is really beginner friendly though. Thanks for sharing.

I normally don't see anyone rapping the braids and next to the lock it could get bulky doing it this way but there's so many ways to get the result!

I have small knotless in my hair that I did myself. I can’t wait to go and get me a crochet needle and this hair and just crochet me some faux locks right in once my braids get older and loosened, This is such an easy method.

How do you get the ends to stay?
Nail glue or super glue. Just a dot and palm roll it and it’s not going nowhere 😊

Some use nail glue.
