- Take a look at Henry's most controversial rifle, the Henry Homesteader. It's Henry's first semi-auto center fired rifle and can use Glock, Smith and Wesson, or Sig Sauer pattern pistol magazines depending on the model you choose. Who is this for and why would they need it?
Definitely loving the content. If it wasn’t for the Micha and Charlie interview popping up in my suggestions I wouldn’t have ever known. Glad it did.

Mine was a jam-o-matic with the Sig mag well. I was hoping to have an additional use for my overpriced Sig P320 mags but it had FTF and bolt not locking back on last round issues. Then it occurred to me, virtually every positive review for this firearm was with Glock mags. So instead of sending it back to Henry, I ordered the Glock mag well and it runs flawlessly with Glock mags. It runs great with the Magpul pmags as well. I still need to get some of those 33 rd. "fun sticks" though. You mentioned a drum mag but I've never owned one of those. I just haven't heard that much positive about them. Yeah, the capacity is great but between reliability issues or it being a pain the the ass to load the things, I just use the normal mags.

Tho I'd rather get me a sub 2k (cus it folds, I'm off like that) to keep n a backpack ready for just whenever I need it
W/ upgraded sites and one of those (I forget the name) pic rails that rotate n allow a red dot or scope
However...if I see someone with the homesteader... I can respect him
Cus he wanted metal n wood n a particular look.. n paid for it..
The guy who owns one without a silencer(probably cus he spent it on the homesteader n like a PSA dagger to share mags, and doesn't like the govt requiring him to pay $200 for his rights)

As when I'm out of mags, *POOF* he's right there tossing me one for my sub2k to get that groundhog eating my strawberries or to scare the squirrels takin my tomatoes n eating 1... One.. that's ONE bite then dropping n wasting them...
I don't need em hit, just scared of homesteader man to show up when they do n pop that tomato right out their lil hands or paws or whatever you wanna call em..
Cus my good pizza sauce isn't made with store tomatoes... N that's the secret..

I want to see someone SBR this rifle. I think that would be cool to see. Bring it back to just in front of the wood and suppress it. That be really cool looking.
One of these with an integrated can (AWC Ultra style) would be absolutely amazing.
