I just found your channel and like what you're doing on it. I'm going to get my daughter to watch this video and go through the process with her one day. Thanks
+SKiM0510 thanks for watching. It is one of those things that people should know but don't always get around to learning. We're glad you (and hopefully your daughter!) found it helpful.
With the hand brake not applied, it's as if you were using a lightweight springy spanner, all the effort is going into moving the car (flexing the spanner), not cracking the screw thread.
Safety is definitely important. For this reason, we put the rim under the frame of the car in the off chance this actually happened. Do you have another suggestion?

I had a blowout recently on my trailer on the highway 😳, anyhow this is a good thing to know about for us all 👍👍👍
Definitely a good thing to know but something most people don't take the time to learn. Thanks for watching!
Actually you don't need to change tires if it's just a small hole just use a plug kit and air compressor.
Agreed, unless you're on the side of the road and don't have a plug kit and air compressor. It's still good to know how to change a tire :)
The "extra" lug nuts are the ones they took off of the studs to put the locking nuts on. They are original, the locks are actually the extras.
+Dan Gates ah, oops! You're right, one for each wheel. My bad, thanks for the feedback.
And that's why I never wear flip flops. Always be ready!
Do you have any other tips that would be good to know?
Don't forget to apply the parking brake before you Change a flat tire
For sure! Good advice
Changing tires is a man's job.😅😅
Your good lady will have an injury if that wheel brace slips
