Omg dark queen has a FACE now?! 🖤🖤 great stitching as always! I am in love with all the bright samplers you have! Can’t wait to see the Greenhouse SAL start up either!!
To help with my English (since it's not my first language) I decided to start listening to audio book this year. I've found the pattern "Stephen King house" by the witchy stitcher and now I'm thinking maybe listening to the books while stitch the room that it's inspired by. All your Halloween stitch make me want to start it more 😍
So excited you’re doing a Carolyn Manning pattern! I’ve been working on her Carrot Cake piece for a little while now and it’s absolutely gorgeous 😍 I’m sure you’ll have a fun time with it!!
Your finish on Closely Kept is so gorgeous 😍😍 absolutely love the colour combination you went with. And those samplers 👀 amazing. Also thank you so so much for the shout-out! I really appreciate it ❤️
Love your Mary Morgan! I just finished mine on a 28ct linen. I used the Tiger Lily twist so I could get all the letters, it bothered me too much to have a few missing. It’s so fun to see how everyone else has stitched Miss Mary.
I loveeee that kit so much. The all treats one. It’s SO CUTE. You always get so much done. I adore everything you stitched on. You’ll have to share your conversion for that Brenda piece I just got mine in the mail this week. 💓 do I see a SAL in the future. Love your hair today you look so cute as always. Love you so much ❤🫶🏻
I’ve got The Haunting of Hill House on my list. A year or so ago I borrowed a book on all the women who influenced and shaped science fiction/horror as a genre and been slowly working through that list (many are hard to find!) Haven’t watched the Netflix show as I like to have read it first and generally not a fan of thrillers as I’m jumpy. I will probably be joining on the Greenhouse…many releases late. The sneak peeks are looking good!
When I saw you were reading The Haunting of Hill House, I was curious what you'd think. I honestly liked the show better lol. I think the book was a bit more ambiguous and open to your interpretation, whereas the show definitely wrapped things up in a pretty package for me.
Yes! The show is one of the most beautiful and melancholy stories I’ve ever seen while also being super spooky 😵💫 It made me want to do a rewatch for sure
@@camthestitcher amen! Beautiful and melancholy is literally the best way to describe it! It definitely pulled me through a full spectrum of emotions. Anyway, safe and fun travels this weekend! I hope the weather is nice for you! We're traveling this weekend as well and unfortunately the weather is not in our favor lol.
ohhhhh man The 1999 "The Haunting" was so gloriously awful. Have you seen the '60s version?? 😂😂😂 You're stitching looks amazing as always. Enjoy your trip! 💜💜💜💜
Would love to know how you adapt Every Opening Flower if you can share your ideas on your conversion b/c I don't use those flosses either. I got in my Ledger piece to and it will be perfect for that project. Seriously considering the Lolacrow SAL b/c I had serious envy of the last one
Love your finishes and those gorgeous samplers! I love the funky colors on late 19th century samplers. My aunt is working on a Carolyn Manning pattern. It is the watermelon pattern. The colors are beautiful. She says that it is a calming stitch for her. Have you seen flossy fox's night market pattern??? It's one I definitely need to buy and stitch. I couldn't find the Rise Up pattern. Is it through badstitched shop on Etsy? Have a wonderful weekend! Hopefully it gives you a chance to decompress and relax. 😌
So sorry I totally forgot to mention the Rise Up pattern was limited for charity only until 4/2. I think she only ran it for a weekend 😞. But yes I did see the night market pattern and it’s sooooo cute 🥰
Ooh the Witchy Stitcher collaboration 😊. I just love her designs!
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
