    Doc ok lang po ba uminom ng gamot kahit nag locarb at fasting nasa 7.1 nakasi ang blood sugar ko thanks

    Awesome Doc I have proven it to be true. Just eaten a festive food in family dinner but with small portion only with no rice. Got 102 after 2 hours after meal.
