Of the 2 new albums, I'd say Unlimited Love is definitely my favorite. I love this album, too, but I'm just constantly listening to UL a lot more, even though now ROTDC is out now. Idk man.

Anyway last decade till now most of the song performances is irritating. Some are good though eg bag of grins but he destroys very good albums like the last one. One of their best songs ever made are there! I like the last part obviously of the album from the drummer to in the snow! That ballad voice saying yeah oh oh hey oh makes me sad and angry bcz there's a fucking genious frusciante there with a better complete voice as we all loved the heavy wing. It's the only path that song stop kiedis vocals #rick #rubin that's enough he made his dream true he can retire now or sing verses
This song is unbelievable. The depth of it and the fact that RHCP can get out of their comfort zone and sound so incredible together. I forget I'm listening to them when I hear this song. Beautiful.

I really like these songs, Unlimited love was catchy but I felt like all the songs were kind of the same, it felt like an album for the radio stations, it seems they saved the weirder songs for this album and I love them :)

Can't deny the fact rhcp try to keep it fresh and you can tell they put alot into both albums. Agree I only like a few on UL but Almost every song on DC is strong Catchy choruses, solid beats and amazing basslines with a bit of frusciantes experimental stuff on top. Perfect imo

A rare diamond of a song. I can hear influences from the ethereal band Weather Report with slices of Zawinul piano and Wayne shorters sax. One of the Peppers coolest and heartfelt compositions this. A thing of beauty.

Really nice to hear them experimenting here, love the piano/keyboard, beautiful melodies. Anthony Kiedis painting pictures with his lyrics, awesome.
This album is mature in its own way. It's definitely not for everyone. But whoever likes it, it's a special one.
