Thanks, Andy, for this presentation. I am a librarian, and I teach students how to search research databases and Google Scholar. The methods you have described are very effective and are easy for undergraduates to understand. I'll be recommending my students view your video in my classes.
I'm also a librarian and I just sent this to a student I had a research consultation with working on their honors thesis for additional support beyond my demonstration.
Thanks. This has been very useful. I stopped the video at 3 minutes. I tried out what you suggested and quickly found two articles that I needed to include in my research.
I gave up my thesis papers for my MA.in English in Language Institute Thammasat U. As an EFL It was so frustrated and painful to complete it. 9 years has passed, now I got inspired and come back to fight for it. I hope that to listen, read and write more on research methods, will help me to achieve and overcome thesis papers.
Very good video. I like to use the ScholarAI any time I need something academic. So I would've used that instead of the generic model to generate the keywords.
Hello Andy, thank you for your great channel. I'm not a scientist, but do a lot of research on renewable energy technologies, and your videos are very helpful for learning how to better do that. I suggest that you also join LI and post your videos there. It's become much more than a job platform. I already posted links to some of your videos.
Don't forget to check to see if you can get access to the papers you get to on sci-hub from your university's library, especially if they're having a crackdown and professors asking for receipts
Hi andy, is there a region filter in google scholar like if i want to search papers published from labs based in germany. How can i do that in google scholar. Thank you for your help.

The open web has only so much full text sources. Don't forget your uni's library databases! They're going to have much more available in full text. 😊
How to get access from this?openweb?
I'm doing my second Masters (Humanities) and appreciate your videos so much - thank you for all your hard work!
Searching via alphabet is a hint i took from this video. I just submitted my Masters dissertation, excited to have finished strong 🎉😊❤
I don't really have much to say, but leaving a comment helps the channel. Nice rundown.
Thanks
Thanks so much for the super thanks!

this is fantastic!
It would be nice if citations were available on Google Scholars' authors' pages for each paper.
What do you mean? It is "cited by"
