We absolutely do see snow here in Massachusetts, however I spend a decent amount of time cleaning my cars that do go out in winter to prevent as much rust as I can

I got them from Costco, however you can purchase them directly from quickjack. Costco usually has a slightly better price though!
Is there not enough space to access the fuel pump and pull it out the side of the tank with it on the car, without removing the whole fuel tank? (I own a 2005 Neon as well, and will probably be doing this soon too).
There is not unfortunately. You may be able to slightly lower the tank and get the pump out, but it is not possible with the tank fully bolted in. Since the pump is so long, it would hit the inside of the rocker panel when you try to remove it. If I can be of further help, let me know!

The fuel pressure regulator was failing, car was having difficulty starting up due to low fuel pressure on startup. After system was primed, it would run fine. Mopar only services the pressure regulator with the entire pump assembly, hence needing to replace the entire pump.
Jeez, if there is so much labour involved, i pray that my Chrysler neon 2004 pump remains intact.
