I kinda sold stuff on Ebay for awhile, got a good amount of cash saved up now, about 10k. I been watching your vids and a couple others for about 3 days. Paid for the tools I need, and have a PL list of about 11 items I started monitoring sales of today. So glad you put these out, they've been an amazing help and I'm really excited to get my first order placed in about a week here. I just need that one sweet item to PL to get this really going strong and off to a good start! Soooo stoaked!
There's always millions more scammers no matter what is shown. And scammers that have children will be scammers and they can scam the fuck out of each other.
I work at an Amazon that is only shoes and we share a building with Returns. Idk about returns but we definitely dont have enough time to open and look in the box
I love watching your videos. They are very encouraging and me being interested in starting and selling on Amazon I can use all the help I can get. Thanks for being so informative!!
Amazon warehouses typically hire through local temp and day-labor agencies, so they probably have a no-look-just-scan policy just so they don't have to deal with management and supervisor overhead...
how do you prove that is the item you sent in.. You could easily take photos of a new product and ship in a bad one.. The only way to really prove it is to take video of you packing it up and then putting and shipping it out without any cuts.
This is what sellers are doing that is working. Basically unless the buyer has MORE proof than you, you win. You could do videos if you really want to be sure, but man that would be way worse of a pain haha
This happen on fleebay for many years. Most big box starting to hop on the band wagon of ecomerce but of course there are always a cons. These Big boys can afford to absorb these type of losses, for small Joe, you likely to give up sooner or later.
Sellers are being restricted from selling more and more items in "New" condition, they're only allowed to sell as no better than "Like New"....so for THOSE items you might as well open em and take pics, even if they're sealed to begin with.
I don't see how that can work either. The seller could just buy the product at Best Buy, take pictures of it, then return it to Best Buy and then show the "evidence" to Amazon.
I had a buyer after i showed recording. Make a video of him opening my item with rubbish inside when clearly i sent the right item but he repackaged the box so it looks like im lying. What can i do?!😕 i recorded packaging but we have equal evidence so hell win anyways😕
I purchased a Ring LED light last week and Amazon send it to me (with a third party seller) in a box that was 2/3 not sealed. Inside the items were all out of their plastic packaging, proof that somebody else took out the content, maybe put it together and for some reason returned it. The ring LED light works but I cannot understand out what kind of scam was this? I would have liked to get a brand new item in it's plastic little bags and me to have the 'honor' of getting everything out. Amazon says will investigate.... but I am confident they will never tell me what actually happened and why the warehouse guys did not check the box when it was returned maybe from a previous dissatisfied customer.
Love the video. So what if the seller just takes a picture of the real product and send the false product. Then what is amazon going to do. Just discipline the buyer and re-fund the seller
I remember when the Xbox 360s had the circle of death it would happen 1 year or more from the date of purchase. Microsoft would warranty and fix the problem but you couldn't return the Xbox back to the place of purchase. Anyway Wal-Mart had a 30 day return policy so gamers not wanting to wait 3-6 weeks to have Microsoft repair it would go to Wal-Mart buy a new Xbox and Return the old one in the new box. After a while Wal-Mart caught on and began checking SNs and photo IDs. Basically Wal-Mart was responsible for taking the returns so they fixed the problem. Amazon on the other hand isn't taking responsibility for the return and I'm sure they don't even question it. What's it cost them. I think if they fail to check the return their responsible I'm mean they accepted it the seller didn't.
I'm sorry to hear that. I disagree with the commentator. Sellers w/high ticket items are not the only ones at risk. Those $20 dollars add up. I'd say low ticket items are in fact running a higher/greater risk. Simply bc they will be selling alot more than high ticket items.
What if my buyer won't ship the items back even after I've sent her our return address several times! I'm trying to be nice to her as I believe she is trying to scam me. Can I block her?
Hello , yes it is happening all time to me its so sad , i am selling sneakers brand like 400-500 dollars , and some of buyers claim that product did not arrive the adress ( even shipment company tracking shows product arrived ) and they open a-z claim to me and always and always amazon support them and make me refund to them for nothing. how can we win the A-Z claim ? thank you
what about when a seller sends you the wrong item and you message the seller they don't respond, you then call amazon then the seller respond saying you have to pay to send this item back when its their mistake, i sell stuff but not on amazon and if a mistake like that is made i take full responsibility, some sellers are as dishonest just like the customers.
One buyer sent me a question that seemed genuine then he provided a suspicious link which I clicked and then I realized I was required to enter my login details. I immediately alerted Amazon. Amazon confirmed within minutes that it was a scam. I really thank Amazon for this 2 stage authentication. I wonder how many careless sellers have been scammed already.
I've actually done this with my regular website. I use PayPal for my merchant and people will say that they received incorrect items and so I started taking pictures and this did not work with PayPal. PayPal has taken so much of my money
Well, if the original packaging has been opened, though I understand that your intention is to document the product you are selling before sending it to your buyer, will no longer a brand new item. It is not advisable to open it. Even if your item is fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon will not reimburse your product. You might lose also if the buyet filed A-Z claim if you failed to refund the buyer after the return requested after 48 hours. Dont sell on Amazon. In a daily basis, Ive been handling 20-30 unsatisfied sellers on Amazon about return policy and return auto authorization process. Most of our unsatisfied sellers are requesting for a manager's call or would like to talk to Mr Jef Bezos. The only answer is talk to God! Good luck!
You don't know what you are talking about, Amazon does look very carefully for returns such as this and records the serial number on almost all electronic devices and matches them to the box return. Switcheroos is common and a good way for Amazon to end your service with them for life. Amazon does retro charges often when customers are being deceitful.
Wait, how will this apply if you're dropshipping products? When the customer returns the product [e.g an old mouse instead of the new one) to the (company), does the company refund you leading to you refunding the customer? What if the company realises that they got the old mouse instead? What then?
There are plenty of sellers scamming. Such is the risk of buying on a site like Amazon, there will always be buyers and sellers looking to scam someone. Fortunately most people on Amazon are honest, millions of transactions are made without a problem.
Hey what if u get scammed by a seller...i returned a item and refunded...they send me the money and cancelled the money refund and asked me to return the item again....i contacted amazon
How does this translate when you're doing Amazon fulfillment? Ex: You buy bulk from Alibaba and you have them ship to Amazon? I assume you don't have a problem with returns since Amazon just deals with the cost of refunding?
I disagree with the commentator. Sellers w/high ticket items are not the only ones at risk. Those $20 dollars add up. I'd say low ticket items are in fact running a higher/greater risk. Simply bc they will be selling alot more than high ticket items
can you talk about the fees associated? Also the list is a little outdated, the original buy price does not include shipping and there for drastically changes ROI.
Yea! Probably do that video tomorrow! Also prices change everyday so the list is never 100% accurate. Some prices go down, but some also go up. It's just part of the game.
I sell on Amazon. I only sell Seller fulfilled. I don't send my stuff to Amazon. If I get returns they come back to me. I still get scammed sometimes but I can refuse the return when I get it.
Taking pictures doesn't prove anything. You could buy an expensive mouse at best buy, take pictures of it, then send a different crappy mouse and return the expensive mouse to best buy.
first I'd like to commend you on your videos.good job.i do have a few questions, how is this different than selling on eBay? for myself I find eBay more useful in selling a product.but the main problem I'm having is that I sell a couple of things I get or don't use anymore.meaning it's not a business just a way to get a few bucks.but I want to be able to make it a business.also when I find a product that might be good to sell in Mass quantities how do I go about shipping it out to all the people that purchase it?.. meaning I don't want to go over 100x to my post office.please inform me on how to go about doing that.thanks.
if you ship the product to amazon warehouse, they take care of the storage and shipping the product to your customers. that is what is different from ebay
can you tell me how i can contact Suppliers and how to get products from them and how to play for it. can you make a video this will be very useful for the buyers on how to buy products meany thanks
Can you make a video that goes through the entire process of selling an Amazon deal on eBay for more money than you bought it from Amazon (include exact steps as to what to click and how to go through the process of shipping it to an eBay address from the Amazon website)? Thanks.
Seller central stolen my $47,90 then closed my account now tellIng my account doesn't exist. It was happening 15 of August 2017 .now bank said disputes take 15 days.
Everybody is talking about making millions, except this dark side of the game!!!Ebay sellers are punching bags in this game!!! Costumers are kings as far as Ebay is concern!!!
Tino ricky zagor well eBay needs to build trust? People know there thing may not come or will come broken or something so if customers hear that eBay will refund you with any problem you have, they will be much more open to buying online, you have to remember how new online stores are, trust me, in 5 years when regular stores don’t exist anymore, amazon will be way more strict
This is obviously not good 😢.Is there no hope even if seller is AMAZON & shipper is AMAZON ? some items show source of who sellers are and thought can’t scam amazon straight up like this .

Made nearly $4k by doing this, buying New products and buying the older version from a few years back for half price then returning it and putting in the old product
HI, You're the man, thanks for sharing this information and giving us a heads up about the scammers out there. Kudos to you for having the Cashflow game as well. I see you're looking to grow your money like a level 6 investor. (reference Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki for investor Levels).
Hi millionaire millennial, i have a question... isn't this mostly for FBM sellers? I mean if it was FBA, wouldn't amazon be automatically aware of the "scam" the buyers are trying to pull considering they have sent it from their end? why does that fall back on the seller?
wow reading all the scammers comments. Not surprised that there are scammers but lets call them dirt instead of scammers and learn to beat them at what they are doing.. this video doesnt mean more ppl will scam like some think. its just makes us aware of dirtbags and we are overcoming you because your not as smart as you think.....you may sleep well tonight but God will bring this up when you sleep no longer...
There's an annoying ringing sound the entire video. You should put the sound In audacity and clean it up next time before posting for better quality content. Takes about 30 seconds. Keep up the good work!
Hey Jordan. Not sure what the best way is to contact you, but I dropped you a PM on here. Would love to hear back from you and just let me know if there is a more efficient way to contact you in the future.
Hey chris, best way is e-mail or instagram :) I don't wanna put my e-mail on here because spammers, but If you've gotten my free list, then you have my e-mail!
They have to get paid somehow. Credit card companies give chargebacks too. And if you use paypal or Amazon, good luck again. Some people even set up a camera on the packaging table to record every order as it is packaged.
Those dislikes are the scammers saying
"NOOOOOOO! WE DONT DO THAT"
Lol how did i get a heart even this video was a year ago
i bought a 60 inch flat screen tv...i returned a carrot...
I kinda sold stuff on Ebay for awhile, got a good amount of cash saved up now, about 10k. I been watching your vids and a couple others for about 3 days. But there's only 32,000 views

*I am reading your profile name and there's nothing I can do about it*
uh...huh..
The happy Collector
And this guy is one of those scammers...
There's always millions more scammers no matter what is shown. And scammers that have children will be scammers and they can scam the fuck out of each other.
everyone has to answer to GOD in the end
Isaac Underhill That's right Isaac, that's stealing and defrauding their brother; they they will be held accountable in due time.
Or maybe Karma will come back and bite them on the ass in this lifetime. :D You reap what you sow.
amazon rich, i'd do it if i could
Nikola orihara, I do understand what you're saying. But the refund doesn't come from corp. Amazon it comes out of the sellers account.
Nikola orihara what does that mean.. you would rip off people if you can..??? wow wow
I work at an Amazon that is only shoes and we share a building with Returns. Idk about returns but we definitely dont have enough time to open and look in the box
I see that you have the broad game cash flow from rich dad and poor dad. I see that you do have a rich mind set.
Thank YOU for the warning! There are ALWAYS people out there ruining things for everyone else!
How do you do this is your sourcing straight from china to fulfillment center as a private labeler
how do you prove that is the item you sent in.. You could easily take photos of a new product and ship in a bad one.. The only way to really prove it is to take video of you packing it up and then putting and shipping it out without any cuts.
This is what sellers are doing that is working. Basically unless the buyer has MORE proof than you, you win. You could do videos if you really want to be sure, but man that would be way worse of a pain haha
unless you wear body camera while you are packing things up etc.. that would be definitive proof right there
haha exactly. how far will you go? xD
Joeys Cleaning Lady maybe he should put a camera inside the packet haha...
Joeys Cleaning Lady WooWoooWooo!
Hey bro, I appreciate you giving us the heads up on the mistakes that you may have made, so we can avoid them. God bless you man.👊🏽
Thanks for the words of wisdom. Btw, congrats on the huge influx of subs. You'll be a big hit soon.
Serial number is also very important to have listed not just pictures
Taking pictures didn't work for me......
The seller sent back an old broken version of the exact model. therefore, I was still screwed..... any ideas?
I don't see how that can work either. The seller could just buy the product at Best Buy, take pictures of it, then return it to Best Buy and then show the "evidence" to Amazon.
I had a buyer after i showed recording. Make a video of him opening my item with rubbish inside when clearly i sent the right item but he repackaged the box so it looks like im lying. What can i do?!😕 i recorded packaging but we have equal evidence so hell win anyways😕
I don't know in USA but in Europe the serial number of the product has to be on the box, the product and the invoice. This can't be done here.
I purchased a Ring LED light last week and Amazon send it to me (with a third party seller) in a box that was 2/3 not sealed. Inside the items were all out of their plastic packaging, proof that somebody else took out the content, maybe put it together and for some reason returned it. after 1 year of selling on amazon i gave up i lost over 14000 because of scams
This is what the online sellers don't tell you. It's really not that easy to sell on Amazon
What did you sell?
I'm sorry to hear that.
I disagree with the commentator. Sellers w/high ticket items are not the only ones at risk. Those $20 dollars add up. I'd say low ticket items are in fact running a higher/greater risk. Simply bc they will be selling alot more than high ticket items.
I would probably video tape the box Amazon sent you back. That way you have evidence of what the customer returned.
thats a great idea
What if my buyer won't ship the items back even after I've sent her our return address several times! I'm trying to be nice to her as I believe she is trying to scam me. Can I block her?
Even if you take the pictures beforehand as evidence, who’s to say that after you didn’t do anything to the product before you sent it in?
doesn't work that well if the serial numbers don't match
going through videos and came by this... so glad I did..great imformation!!!!

How to contact Amazon if I have such expirience with the custumer?
One buyer sent me a question that seemed genuine then he provided a suspicious link which I clicked and then I realized I was required to enter my login details. I immediately alerted Amazon. Amazon confirmed within minutes that it was a scam.
I really thank Amazon for this 2 stage authentication. I wonder how many careless sellers have been scammed already.

Yo whats up man .. i love your vids. i really want to start selling on amazon but I'm having problems with, choosing the product to sell.
how can I deal with this issue if I was dropshipping a product?
Syahnur197 I'd like to know too. 😊
CashFlow is a great board game by Rich Dad Poor Dad. Great video!
How can a reseller be reselling a book that is only available as a print on demand book from Amazon?
Wait, how will this apply if you're dropshipping products?
When the customer returns the product [e.g an old mouse instead of the new one) to the (company), does the company refund you leading to you refunding the customer?
What if the company realises that they got the old mouse instead? What then?
The closest I've come to this is losing the box that the product came in. :(
There are plenty of sellers scamming.

Hey what if u get scammed by a seller...i returned a item and refunded...they send me the money and cancelled the money refund and asked me to return the item again....i contacted amazon
hello pal but I would like to ask how could we do any thing when supplier sends goods to amazon and amazon sends to buyers.
Why would they credit money back without looking in the box FIRST!. they should be fired if the they don't.
How does this translate when you're doing Amazon fulfillment?

I sell on Amazon. I only sell Seller fulfilled. I don't send my stuff to Amazon. If I get returns they come back to me. I still get scammed sometimes but I can refuse the return when I get it.
I am fad up of seller-performance-policy.
and have you ever use or any idea about PAYABILITY company?
thank you very much, your content is veery valuable
i have that bell clicked and i followed you on IG on both of my pages
The best way to deal with this is to NOT DEAL WITH IT AT ALL. Fuck them and their scumbag buyers. You're better off just working a normal 9-5.
Taking pictures doesn't prove anything. You could buy an expensive mouse at best buy, take pictures of it, then send a different crappy mouse and return the expensive mouse to best buy.
you certainly could, but this is one of the only strategies for preventing fraud. It's assuming you don't commit fraud as well lol...
Does this work with Amazon FBM?

Yo i appreciate this video man, good lookin out.
This is obviously not good 😢.Is there no hope even if seller is AMAZON & shipper is AMAZON ? some items show source of who sellers are and thought can’t scam amazon straight up like this .
They don't get banned. They just create new accounts.
Scam buyers been doing this for the pass decades.
thanks man keep going best info for free
Amazon is not the one that verifies the returned items. It's a 3rd party company in contract with AMZN. We do label those returned items as frauds.
Eventually I think AMZN will do it themselves.
Yep, pics and even video won't help
that's crazy didn't know this was a thing! Btw you're blowing up I remember you had like 300 subs a few weeks ago
right? about 10k subbers in under a month xD
This is because of the value of your videos.
Iordan Rujinov yes he just showed me how to get some products I couldn't afford. Keep it up buddy.

So no need to take pics of New Items...?
Yea, if it's new, don't open it.
You see, I see these videos as instructions on how to scam people. Thanks for the lesson.
Hi are you located in Canada?
Made nearly $4k by doing this, buying New products and buying the older version from a few years back for half price then returning it and putting in the old product
It was a few years ago when I was in middle school back when amazon wasn’t as good as it is now
HI, You're the man, thanks for sharing this information and giving us a heads up about the scammers out there. Kudos to you for having the Cashflow game as well. I see you're looking to grow your money like a level 6 investor. (reference Cashflow Quadrant by Robert Kiyosaki for investor Levels).
hehe, I'm stoked to play it xD I haven't yet so I don't get your reference! haha I will soon though!

I got scammed today because I got Fifa 20 and opened it up and was a blank disk I’m pissed
WU bout 3rd party prep?
There's an annoying ringing sound the entire video. You should put the sound In audacity and clean it up next time before posting for better quality content. Takes about 30 seconds. Keep up the good work!
That sucks man, time to cleanse the world.
Thanks a lot man !
Came across this yeah.
Fantastic thanks for the quick reply. Shot you an email.
Thank u my teacher :)
Extortion last resources of little sellers than they will suspend you.
Well amazon should have to pay the seller back
Thats stealing plain and simple
People do this shit? That's messed up.
They are people
that's a good game
I bet he’s not even a millionaire
Is this one of the main reasons why people run their own drop shipping website? No Givesies Backsies?
They have to get paid somehow. Credit card companies give chargebacks too. And if you use paypal or Amazon, good luck again. Some people even set up a camera on the packaging table to record every order as it is packaged.
Vance Xavier wow i almost smell a good market to sell insurance to sellers so they will not take a big hit from costumers
sam
dude what about drop shippers? :SSSSSS
They will get banned eventually
