I should wait until I have an amazon seller account before I order product from alibaba? Once I have an approved amazon seller account, then I would order product? (Does your account give you access to what amazon wharehouse you would be shipping it to?) Also finding it difficult to get samples sent from Alibaba, a few have just flat out said no.. is that common?
I am also on the same step you are. Idk if it'll help you, but on the Alibaba website in the left side filter box have you tried clicking the "paid samples" box? I have not found a product yet but maybe that will filter out anyone not willing to ship samples. I hope that helps you because this start up gets frustrating.
What about if you don’t own credit cards and don’t qualify to get a credit card because of your credit? And a lot of stuff I buy a lot of stuff you see the reviews are not the best. Do sellers test out these products before they put them up for sale. ?

Incorporate your business, there are lower taxes. Its also easier to file taxes because you open up a business bank account under your company name and there's no mixing with personal and business transactions.
It doesnt really matter if your playing with an investment budget / income less then 20 or 30k i would say. Id start as an individual and learn the platform and the playing field and if you begin to see success and a decent income, you can always then start an LLC and company relatively easy and create a whole new account , and basically pick up where you left off as an individual with your company to do bigger and better things. Basically like if you start selling Tacos out the back of your van with a home made sign, your an individual. If they become popular and you make 30 grand doing it, you can then rent a storefront, make an LLC , hire employees, create and trademark your own specialty tacos/meal wrappers , etc. , partner with companies like UberEats and Doordash for delivery, so on and so forth. If your just getting into it without a solid product , alot of money, or idea of what your really doing, an individual sales account should be fine and less expensive and time consuming if it god forbid fails or you decide your not interested in it anymore.
I see a lot of questions to you that are unanswered. I'm also concerned if you cannot sign in if you don't use a credit card. What is wrong with they taking the fees off your debit card?

I think debit cards are now being accepted but they have to be master card or visa

you can switch it on or off pretty easily, switching from a corp entity to individual or vice versa is a bit more tricky
