Can you do a video of the Lakeside area?

Thanks for this. I would love more info on small, rural towns like Amboy

The infrastructure in Ridgefield is approximately six years behind what is needed to handle the traffic. Ridgefield is a safe place to live but taxes will be going up due to the need of new schools new roads and new fire stations.

Those are very interesting observations. And it makes sense - Ridgefield has been the fastest growing city in the entire state for nearly a decade - going from a small town of 2,500 people to presently 16,500 and a projected 25,000 by 2045!
As always, growing pains are real and unavoidable. Thanks for watching & commenting! - Hal

Would definitely be interested in the cons of both as well - thanks!

Awesome! I think that would be an interesting & slightly challenging video (in a good way).

Coming from LA I find it interesting how you separate all these areas, in Los Angeles, we would just consider it all one area.
