I've never tried color washing with chalk paint before. I gotta try it! Love how the piece turned out. It does look like relaxing water! I absolutely love that you left the legs stained. Gorgeous as usual! Have a great evening. Hugs from the southeast coast of Florida 🌴😎💙😎🌴
Thank you! These legs were in great shape, so I thought a little wood contrast was in order. I liked how this piece came out so much I decided to keep it! Hugs from hot and humid (yet sunny) PA :)
Yes, I think you could really do this with any paint. There was no sealant before I sprayed the water. For a bit of a different method with the same result, check out this video: ruclips.net/video/_9YTZrRSlLI/видео.html

You are welcome! Thanks for watching!!
Gorgeous!!!
I as the piece sealed with wax or poly before you color washed
Neither. This paint had enough sheen to it that I didn't have to use a top coat first.
Can you mix gf milk paint and chalk paint?
Also did it have a sealant before u sprayed the water? Thanks
