Hello Palinskitchen..
I had no coco water on hand so tried it with apple juice. It was already sweet but one set I could have added sugar. However, citric acid beverages can disrupt the recipes chemical reaction I think?
What other water other than coconut can we used. I would love to know.
Solid presentation. As always, your work is thorough, covers almost any imaginable question and you do it with absolute charm. Thank you.
My thoughts exactly!

it's easy it's tasty n it's pretty. great recipe👍
I did a trial run with a half batch. I used what I had on hand. I used unsweetened tangerine water with Blueberries and Bananas and it looked so pretty and was really refreshing. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.
Hello Dr.by.2nd. Just a quick question as I was curious about the tangerine water u used. As I had no coco water on hand and tried it with apple juice one time and syrup from canned peaches the second time; not what I hoped.😢 It seems it leaks liquid. Did the citric acid in the tangerine water not upset the recipe? What else would you use other than coconut water and any acidy drink?
I was perhaps thinking 'Mio' flavored water essences?
I am making this for the next potluck at work! My staff are going to love this and be pleasantly surprised! Thank you! Kopkunkha!
How did it go?
Wow.. that's looking amazing 👌❤️.. very beautiful..i will try this soon. Thank you 💗.
I wanna try this one day🤗🤗
Very very nice recipe
Very nice thanks
Wow amazing
Pai, couldn't you pour a little of the agar coco water at the bottom, let it set a little bit (just a tiny bit) and then add the fruits and fill it up? That would ensure that the fruit doesn't sit flat on the bottom? Or would it not be one big block anymore, but two?
I must try this recipe! Looks delicious! 🍓🥝🥭🍊
Beautiful dessert
Pretty , pretty, Pretty. Thx
I will try this agar².. nyum nyum.. look gorgeous 😍
Yummy! I will make it next weekend. You look very good in orange.
nice and simple
I'm making this for my husband of 31 years. He'll be starring at it for a while b4 he'll devour them in one sitting. I'm making 2 batches😋
That’s so sweet :’) I’m looking forward to doing that for my future husband ^_^
Thank you for video
Looks delicious, thank you. May be because I've decided to go dry from New Year to Easter, but I'm thinking this would be awesome with a dash of rum in the agar/coconut water solution. Especially with tropical fruit. Assuming the alcohol doesn't stop the agar setting...
I was thinking of a splash of vodka🤪
Even though I live in Thailand but UFC coconut water is my go to too. In my opinion, it's the closest to the fresh one taste.
Superb, Refreshing
Love from India
Perfection, so glad I found your website. You explain everything leaving no stone unturned. Your truly professional Thank you,

thanks on your information for when using gelatine
I bet these would be beautiful made in one of the jewel-shaped molds that are used for candy making. 😍
