Thank you for this instructional video. I had used my Blend Jet 2 just once and could not figure out how to get the arrows to align. I hadn't noticed the arrow on the measure/container. I also found that the gasket in my unit needed to be reversed groove side up. Without your post and the comments that followed, I would not be able to use my Blend Jet at all!
Please add this to you video ...... make sure the gasket in the blender under the blades is right side up, the groove in the gasket must be facing up or you will not align. I was so frustrated that it wouldn't align I was ready to send it back but called Blend Jet and they informed me about the gasket, it lined right up on the first try. PS: your video is great.
Thank you so much, you're a life saver!! ❤ I wonder why they send it with the gasket facing the other way around though. Does it not cause any leakage issues if you turn the gasket around?
@@sumbxdy_says ... you are very welcome, I'm glad it worked for you ...... I have had NO leakage issues after turning the gasket over to the correct direction.
My Blendjet worked on arrival but the arrows were misaligned by approx. 5mm. When I tried to remove the tube it was too tight. My son eventually undid it but then we were unable to get the arrows lined up. Didn’t think it was the gasket because we hadn’t touched it. However, it was the gasket, in the wrong way so now it works. So if yours doesn’t work even though you have not touched it (probably put in wrong at the factory and worked because a machine tightened it up more than we can by hand) turn the gasket over and it should hopefully work.
I purchased today blendjet2 in india, I have one query is the blade panel not middled? Like is it kept off set purposely to blend... because after unwrapping I was puzzled and thought its defective product here there is no call center no. To address my query..
I have the large jar attached to the base. I blended a drink with pineapple and banana. Now, it’s like the jar is fused to the base. I can’t unscrew it with all my strength. What happened? Have to buy a new one?
Ok, my BlendJet 2 does go on. It never aligned. I called the company and they say it just has to be near the arrow. You just have to find the sweet spot. It’s close
Wow. For the longest time I wondered why my new blend jet wouldn’t start. Kept seeing for jet 2. It works now! Thank you! Sometimes I want something smaller than my nutri bullet. Lol. Just saw I have the two. But yours showed right away to solve my issue. Thank you!!
I’m wondering why my blendjet gasket doesn’t have the groove side? Its always hard for me to reassemble the parts after deep cleaning, its resulting the blendjet always leaking. One of the gasket is smaller than the other one, there is no groove side. And the smaller gasket is thicker than the other one 😢

I've been trying for 3 days and my arrows won't align. I'm not understanding the video. Need more details. Where to Start so when I twist the arrows will meet up and align.
HARD LESSON LEARNED: Keeping jar above sink (in case it leaks), add water first. If it's fine, you aligned like she said. If it leaks, either you didn't do it like she said, or if you've had it a long time, time for new seal@
After deep clean , got the plain gasket in the top and the groove facing up gasket in the bottom . Screwing glass on evenly but glass arrow goes past body arrow , light flashes red and purple and will not work. Do you know what is the problem please ?
Just answered my own question . . . . advice on this thread says grooved gasket in the base should be groove facing up . This didn't work , groove facing down made it work .
@@HealthyWayILive Yes , as you can see i have also replied to myself about this , if the rubber gaskets are not correctly positioned the blender will not work . Groove must be face down on the bottom part , not face up , and piece with no groove goes in the top .

I have tried for hours and the arrows still do not align. This is extremely frustrating. I bought two blenders the one I bought for myself worked, but the one I purchased for a friend is not working. Please HELP!
🤷🏽♀️I don’t work for BlendJet nor do I have anything to do with how it functions. I just help those with theirs like I’ve did with my own. Glad you got yours to align!❤️
Thank you so much for showing me how to align it. It does work, now i can finally make some smoothies.

Hello! I’m not sure to be honest. Mines was the same way but it still worked fine!
Thank you~~~~ I was trying to figure out the removal of the bottom ring. THANKS!
You’re welcome! Glad I could help!
The only way this works for me is if it is not completely on. No matter where I start the screwing it will not line up.
Rubber seal probably in upside down. Grooved side up

I just can''t get it. The arrow won't ever go to that point. By the time it screws tight, it's either far past or not close enough.
You twist until it aligns directly on it.

Where do we start the arrow on the jar to stop in the right place?
Try to get the arrows aligned the best you can

If you stip at the arrows it will leak everywhere
It will not leak if you have the arrows aligned and on evenly.
