Frostproof is a city in Polk County, Florida, United States. The city is located in southern Polk County on the Lake Wales Ridge. The population was 2,992 at the 2010 census. As of 2018, the population estimated by the U.S. Census Bureau is 3,273. It is part of the Lakeland-Winter Haven Metropolitan Statistical Area.

So Cool,Great Video,thankyou!!Frostproof is a little off the beaten path,the quaint downtown is situated between 2 large lakes famous for it's bass fishing.It also has a golfcart ordinance where you can drive your golfcart within the City limit,the main highway seems to be located outside the city limits.Frostproof truely an undiscovered gem not just for families but also budget minded retirees looking for a slower,simpler way of life with less traffic!
