    Dear sir,
    I have some questions might be nonscence to you but I want to know. Please guide me.
    1)What is the use of adding bleach in the water.
    And can you guide the quantity of bleach in how much water.
    And in that how much kg of seeds can be soaked overnight.
    2)In many videos I have seen they add liquid fertilizers are they good for all animals.
    3)Do every seeds have different time of soaking or just overnight in bleach .
    4) If don't have bleach what can be the alternative.
    Thank sir

    • @KingsWildProject
      @KingsWildProject  4 года назад +2

      The bleach kills any fungi that might be already in the seeds, which would cause mold to grow during the sprouting phase. Chickens and rabbits (which is what we use this for) are very susceptible to fungi. There are other ways to do this if you don't want to use bleach.

    Hello Kings Wild Project... i have a question. Do you have to cover the trays for the first 3 days? I saw in other channels that they covered their seed trays for the first 3 days. They say darkness stimulates germination. Is this true? What you think? I see that you dont cover your trays.

    • @KingsWildProject
      @KingsWildProject  4 года назад +1

      I think I did it only because I saw other people to it as well. I never really did a A vs B comparison. Sorry if that doesn't help. With that said, I think it is pretty accurate. I also had my system in a semi sunny area, and the covers helped the germinating seeds not get dried out.

      Kills any fungi that might be on the seeds. Chickens and Rabbits are very susceptible to fungi. I have had a few flocks get wiped out from some rogue fungi. Not a must but I do it. Def don't want to do it if you are trying to be 100% organic.

    • @KingsWildProject

      Bleach takes care and kills any fungus or mold that might start growing. Chickens not so much but rabbits are very susceptible to mold.

    • @thefilthelement
      @thefilthelement 6 лет назад

      This is best used if you sprout in places with high humidity, the constant wetness (case in point watering every three hours) to keep mold down and not ruin the sprout. You can get away with watering once or twice a day and if indoors by a window you can eliminate the need for it.

    • @KingsWildProject

      Pretty simple in this case, it kills any fungus or mold that might be in the seed, I also have rabbits and rabbits are super weak when it comes to mold and fungus, and my rabbits hang out with my chickens alot. I've never bleached any chicken, I like dark meet anyway ;)

    • @KingsWildProject
      @KingsWildProject  6 лет назад +1

      Bleach, in this case, kills the possible fungus that would be possibly deadly to the chickens or rabbits. The bleach is long dissipated after the first washing and never makes it to the birds.
