I first used Oblivity to find my ingame sens which is 1.3 with a 800dpi. Im using Natural Curve 0.5 Sens Multi Rotation -8.3 and Limit 2.3! I found my best settings cause of your guide!
Lower ur sens a bit maybe to 0.6 max, this will make ur aim more consistant. Ur sens is too high to even need accel

What is the scale used on your calculator for in game sens? Is it 1-100 or 1-10? I play R6 Siege and have my sensitivity at 53 horizontal and vertical, with additional sensitivities on different optics (1x, 2x, 3x, etc.)

Im on 800 dpi, 0.41 in valorant, when im using the calculator do I put my current dpi to 800 then desired 400 or should I set my mouse to 1600dpi but still retain 800dpi on the sheet? Do I need to convert my 800 0.41 to 1600 dpi sens?

Desired dpi feel- 400
In game sens- 14.00
-finding a lower dpi
Low sens- 5.00
High sens- 14.00
Sens multiplier- 0.2500
Cap (output) / limit- 2.8000
You have these settings on 14.00 in game sens does that give you the feel of a sens of 14.00? But your actually playing at a low sens of 5.00?
If you did this, at low hand speeds you would feel 5 sens in game, and at faster hand speeds you would feel 14 sens in game.
Hi I always wanted to try raw accel but I play a lot of fps games and I was wondering does it have profiles for different games because I don't want to have to change it everytime I change games
Nothing built in as of yet, however a community member did make a profile switcher which you can access here - github.com/strangebit/RawAccelProfileSwitcher/
when you were covering low sens I noticed you messed with the Acceleration and adjusted for micro distance, but when you were on high sense you didn't touch it. Was there a reason for that or do we still adjust that as well?
Nah you can adjust this value too. The principle of acceleration remains the same (how quickly the low sens transitions into the high sens).

I'm using the Quake live game. For Quakelive, you can set accel with the console command,

I play valorant at 1600 dpi 0.175 sens, what would be the best settings for me?
My issue: i have trouble tracking enemies at close range...
long range is fine, but close range is harder
there's no "best settings", and I don't know your aiming habits and hand speeds are. So I suggest you play around with the software yourself.

I'm a little confused with the testing high sens part, do I use the desired DPI feel or my actual DPI
you use your actual dpi, and the sens multiplier will scale the dpi to your "desired dpi feel" ( assuming your mouse dpi and what you want the mouse dpi to feel like is different )
Wait when we try to find a higher sens do we put the new value (the higher sens) into the game or keep it what we originally had?

Classic with Power 2 is Linear.
my mouse dpi is 1600 then what dpi should i select on my accel scale by dpi settings on chart menu or i have to use a higher dpi than 1600 as default and 400 as in charts ?
The dpi setting within raw accel only affects the scale of the graph, and doesn't mess with your input in anyway, mines set to like 2000/4000 (it just zooms out the graph)
Hi there! Great video man, but I am a little confused. At 2:52 you say "In the green box, add a value greater than your low sens." But you see, in for example tf2, I play on 1.73 sens which is a bit too low, so what value do I add in the green box? 1.74? 2? 2.5? There are so many numbers I can put into the green box and idk what to choose.
TLDR: how do I know what to put in the green box at 2:52 cause there are a lot of numbers that are "greater value" than my sens.
I couldn't give a set value because everyone's in game sensitivity will vary from the game they are playing to the sens of there choice(playstyle/aim habits etc).
And yes, in theory there are an infinite amount of values you could add to the green box 😂 So it's up to you to test values yourself, and find what works for you. I can't tell you what "feels" good, only you can answer that.

Put a random high sens in game Flick on random objects if your Flicks are good thats the higher sens if not try different number

What sens are you using? Cm/360 or val sens etc?

How would I make it to where I would like low sense for tracking but more high sense from my normal sense for movements and turning around?
through trial and error, try make a curve yourself using the guide - everyone's aiming habits are different so there isn't a "one curve fits all" kinda thing
If I want to use classic or linear how can I use the excel sheet to determine my acceleration and input?
it's really just trial and error, the sheet was more of a guide to help people vizualise their how they were changing their profile.

Try the second link in the description if you are struggling, it should ask you directly to make a copy. It should just open up after you save it, and for future access you will have to open it from your google drive or from google sheets
i must say my tracking feels a lot better but i almost never seem to hit my full sens and im not sure what i could change other than acceleration?
as long as it feels comfortable, I don't think it matters if you hit your max sens or not. if you didn't cap the accel, it's likely that you would have less control at those higher sensitivies.
the only other thing that currently comes to mind to hit your full sens is to move your hand faster 😆

I have a question, im getting no curve at all inside the app and i want to know how to fix it.
It's hard to tell without seeing what you have. if your input offset is higher than the default graph scale then you won't see any changes to graph in the program. join the raw accel discord if you need more help
What would I input if I wanted to play on linear curve- and my settings without raw accel is 400 dpi and 8 sens?
Do I enter these settings into the lower Sens or the higher sens
@@JayPBangz It depends what game you are playing. If the sens you are using feels too low, then use the "Finding a Higher Sens" section. Vice versa if you're starting with a high sens.

I don't know how you feel about that sens so I can't really help on that front. It's pretty average sens, so it depends what you want to use raw accel for, and if you actually need it?
Everytime I press apply, it does not do anything. Should I just turn on the windows mouse acceleration for it to work or how do I get it to work
Nah windows accel should be kept off, or else it will interfere with raw accel. ( the accelerations stack ). Join the raw accel discord, can help you there.

I have a question that I hope it can be answered. Do we have to match our In Game Sens with the In Game Sens in the curve helper?
Assuming your following the guide:
If you're starting from a low sens, you keep your in game sens the same (2:44),
and if you're starting from a high sens, you set your in game sens to the value you enter in the "Low Sens(Test)" box. (4:52)

What is the Ingame sense and where can I find mine? Does it refer to any game? or to a specific one?
You can find your ingame sens from the game you are playing. Usually found in the settings menu of your game as "Sensitivity" or "Sens"

You have to make a copy, then edit
What does Rotation do?
What bind to apply? I accidently make it 200 multiplier
Use "Tab" to navigate through the menu, hit "Enter" when over the Apply box. - if it still doesn't work properly, I'd recommend reinstalling the program
So should I change my mouse DPI to 1600 beforehand?
it's recommended but not essential. accel will still work on lower dpis

Yes you can close the program - your settings stay applied till you turn off your pc or disable them.

are you clicking "Apply" after? you might not also see anything if input offset is too high, and your graph isn't scaled out enough

you don't need to, but it's strongly recommended

You can leave it as it is, or scale up if you want. Either works fine. Some mice introduce smoothing above 3200 DPI and the benefits are marginal at best either way
when inputting the limit into the curve, do i copy all decimals? eg. (1.3158) or do the first 1 (1.3)
copying all the decimals is fine :)

@@bombaramba Yes, unless you run writer.exe linked to the settings.json file. I have that included towards the end of my installation guide, if you need help setting that up - doing so will load your raw accel settings silently on boot.

I'm not sure what you mean? The games shown are Cod: Warzone and Valorant. But Raw Accel works universally (even on desktop).

i dont understand how this calculator works. you put 5.00 but wouldnt ur sense be 0.something and also what number should i be putting for the green box ?
Nah not quite. Raw Accel works independantly, and doesn't know what sensitivity you have in game. (the sens multiplier calculation is done before any in game sens comes into play). The calculator works by using two sensivities (a base and a maximum) and finds values that you can just enter into Raw Accel.
As for the green box, you just enter a value for a sensitivty you want to test.

If i wanna have a certain dpi i desire, I can just change to that dpi, no? and then change ingame sens.
@@r4nowo sure. but this is for people who want the benefits of smoother accel (that you get with a higher dpi), whilst also wanting the mouse to feel like it's set to a lower dpi. e.g. if you set your mouse dpi to 1600 and sens multiplier in raw accel to 0.25, your mouse would feel like 400 dpi on the desktop and in games, but you would still get that smoother accel benefit.

You gotta save the file yourself and then you can edit it. In the top left of the sheets document, click File and then Make a Copy.

That's typically what happens when you use raw accel? The faster you move your mouse the faster the sens. Not sure what you're trying to achieve

A sensitivity that is lower or higher respecitvely that you want to test. It can be anything you want. Just experiment with numbers.

Method works for all games
@@itshappygolucky how is that so? in game sens such as 0.217 in valorant is not equal to 0.217 in any other game(for example CS)
@@feiiiittt I'm kinda confused, because your initial comment you mentioned just for valorant. Raw Accel is applied to your system as a whole and does not know what game you are playing. You are right by the fact that 0.217 in Val is not the same as CS. If you want the sens/curve to feel the same, you would have to convert your val sens to cm/360. Then convert this cm/360 to CS sens. Alternatively you can just use one of them online sens converters.

you can find your dpi in your mouse software. your desired dpi feel is what you want your dpi to feel like.

5:00 in this timestamp you said your flicks is very good here but mine's not. What setting should i tweak for that?
depends whether you're overflicking / underflicking - best to try values above and below until you find something comfortable. Don't expect this flick to be perfect for every single time either, as that's unrealistic too

@@sonr0xz If you want your maximum sens to be higher (during faster hand motions), then you raise your output cap or limit. (and same vice versa) - you may need to adjust the accel accordingly.

can someone help me? i tried to use raw accel and it completely took my cursor off of my pc
You would have to uninstall, add the folder to exclusions in windows antivirus settings and then reinstall. Extra help can be found in the Raw Accel discord, if you search through the technical-support channel.
I already have an ok understanding of raw accel to fine a good curve for now after testing a few curves. Now I'm trying to increase the dpi without affecting the curve. Finding the edpi and cutting it in half for in-game sens doesn't work. I really stomped right now, anyone got any ideas? In simple terms, I want to keep the same feel for the curve and edpi but change my mouse dpi for smoother tracking.
I've included a "Conversions" sheet, in the second tab of the calculator.
Enter the DPI you want to change to into "New DPI", and the dpi you had before into "Old DPI". Then, fill all relevant green boxes with your current Raw Accel data (leave the variables that you don't use blank) and it should convert the values for you. 🤞 From there, you just need to copy the orange values into Raw Accel. Please let me know if this works!
@@itshappygolucky Sorry for the late response. I tried all I could think of and your advice. It still would not work. I found the sens multiplier for my curve, but it the curve is always too fast or slow. I think that since I was trying to jump from 800 to 1600 dpi with a premade curve 1600 it just gave twice as much input data, which made the curve feel fast. The only way I'm going to 1600 dpi is if I decide to make a new curve entirely. Thanks for your help though, and the video which helped me think of a few ideas.

@@itshappygolucky Thanks for the offer but I'm good. I've decided to change my rawaccel settings anyway because the old sense was getting too slow for learning movement and using the wingmen in apex.
