But: 1. you burn additional calories in the 24h after the training, metabolism & recovery needs energy. 2. Don't count calories. You cannot out-sport unhalthy eating. Do sports for your performance, health & wellbeing. And eat healthy for a haelthy weight and to feel light and energetic in your life.
