Omg you are so cute! I resonate with agedre a lot. I have age regressed in the passed during panic attacks and times where I have been struggling mentally and struggling with stress, but now that I’m doing reasonably well with my mental health, I find myself age dreaming a lot more so than age regressing. It’s just more like a fun activity for me, I love coloring, playing with my little ponies, cuddling stuffed animals and using pacis and cute pajamas and sippies, playing with dollies and being read stories by my daddy, but it’s more like a comforting hobby for me and I don’t always get into the regressed headspace like I used to, though I sometimes wish I did.

I had actually never heard the term before, but after watching this I realize I'm more of a dreamer than a regresser. I both get small to relax from work and for fun! For example I often wash dishes in just a diaper and a pacifier, or wearing nothing at all, because I feel very small and cute when I take off all my clothes in the kitchen ❤ I also listen to child-like music, play with my stuffed animals, color in my coloring books etc. To me, there is no better way to cope with stress!

this was helpful. i was in the kink community before i realized (could name) that i age regress and i'm also ace so how you defined the separation helps me understand why i don't really fit in but honestly i fit in nowhere. which i'm totally okay with. 🤎 also on pet regression i never used that term and i see what you mean. i will add as a pet myself which i'm really more a stray but anyway lol as a kitten i do feel i am regressing per se to another life i lived as a cat but i'm just special like that 😂. this is why i don't fit in lol
