There will be surprises for sure coming up :) Thanks Lottie
Yet another excellent video, I'm frankly amazed that you manage to find so many "intact" relics of WWII. It's also pleasing to see that your son "Eagle Eyes" clearly has the interest in the subject to carry on his fathers passion in the years to come. Take care and keep up the great work.
yes i hope EE will continue his journey with history when he gets older. Thanks Michael.

Hello to our favorite exploring , history teaching, family!!
thanks you Norma for that and greetings from us.
I've been watching for quite awhile. You provide some of the best entrainment for me. Love WWII History. Just one question. You never metal detect around any of the bunkers?
If only you could have gotten inside of that bunker! It was in such incredible condition! You should carry a shovel and pry bar and bolt cutters with you. Nonetheless, it was an awesome adventure. I love how you are able to point out things in the landscape that a casual observer would miss. I just love watching your adventures with your kids, my friend. Eagle Eyes is so good at finding items that adult eyes often overlook. Lol. Please keep the outstanding videos coming and God bless you and your family, my friend.
We will show you how we get into one just like it my friend and very soon : )

Thanks for watching.
I just thought you may like to know. I went on tours when I was station in Kaiserslautern Germany in 1964 to 1968!
K-town!
Thanks for sharing and greetings from us.
As always great content! Love what you guys do!
Thanks so much!
Awesome show needs to be on the history Channel
Great work...always take your metal detector...as my granddad who was a German soldier told me that a lot of soldiers buried there possessions...medals gold photos letters coins cameras etc...a lot did not make it back to reclaim their property...so it sits there waiting to be found..
Thanks for watching.
Incredible location. Shame you weren’t able to get inside. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for watching!
Another great reveal, thank you. 👍
My pleasure!
Still your no.1 fan, watch out for those mine fields
wow greatly appreciated William and greetings from us.
wow the places you find are so interesting thank you for these videos you're the best and eagle eyes
Glad you like them Bobby :)
The rock wall took a lot of work to build. I guess they had to dig up a good many of these rocks or maybe took them from other locations and put them here. This is very different looking from any other location you have shown us. I would have thought the pac gun would have been rolled out to be used then put back in the bunker. It had to be loud in that bunker when they fired that gun. The inside of the bunker that could be seen, appears to be in very good condition. The next video should show more.
I know the stonework is totally crazy. So much involved. Thanks for being here Anthony.
What a wall they built!
Yes just totally awesome that is. Thanks for being here :)
As always another great location. I wonder how many of these bunkers were designed by what they learned from WW1? I would think the curved roofs and walls were designed to help deflect shell. And special thanks to Eagle Eyes for find history in places no one else would look.
Many of the WW2 bunkers are advanced design studies from WW1 but there was a significant difference and that was the type of strengths the different bunkers would be made to. Thank for m EE and me and greetings to you :)
Great video thanks for sharing. 👍
Thanks for watching!
Good video. Never seen the Atlantic wall so far North.
Thanks for watching!
Well done WWIIHH and Eagle Eyes
Be well- Kurt
Thanks Kurt and greetings from us.
Another great Atlantic wall fortifications it amazes me the many different ways the Germans tried to stop the allies invasion plans
yes they were crafty in many ways :) Thanks my friend.
Amazing video my friend
Appreciated and greetings from us.
Amazing video bud. Thanks.
Glad you enjoyed it
Such a pleasure to join you on your adventures, personally I'd have sent Eagle Eyes into the bunker with a camera. He's a little star, he would have taken that on. Thanks again.
Thanks my friend.
Another great explore!
Thanks Barney :)
Great details! Keep it up.
Thanks, will do!
Great video, thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Great as always!
Thanks again!
Absolutely fascinating!
Thanks Dawn
Absolutely amazing so much history! Eagle eyes finds so many things! Are there live mines out in those fields today?
Not sure but sometimes there can be. Thanks Jefferey
@@WW2HistoryHunter You take care and be careful out there and watch out for eagle eyes and bunker buster girl!
Another well done video. The fuel drum looks more like US/UK style of the time. Ok robot time for small openings and no other access. Stay safe. Regards to the family.
Thanks for the info and more to come soon :)
Amazing footage,
Thanks Tommy :)
Love WW2 history
Thanks Frankie.
schones wochenende und danke fur das video danke danke
Thanks Mario
Still loving your videos. I can't wait for more. Would u ever consider wearing a good pair of waders if I ordered a pair for u and your son. It would enable you to wade in deep waters and bunkers flooded.
Well we have something up out sleeves soon so hopefully we can do that later. Thanks for your kind support my friend :)
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
For each video you just have to take some time to watch and follow the story.
The bunkers also had to be strong to protect against attacks but also to absorb the power of the guns when they were fired.
yes those bunkers were made with a purpose. Thanks for watching Oma
I'll bet the report from the artillery in that bunker must have been defining.
i would agree on that for sure :) Thanks
Qué buenas aventuras, excelente vídeo.
Thanks my friend.
just wow. thanks.
the politics were bad, but the constructions are just incredible.
You are most welcome
@@WW2HistoryHunter thanks. There was a Luftschutzbunker at my uncle's house and we often played there. He had used it as a storage due to the fact, that it was on his property.
beautyful video
Thanks for visiting
excelente, saludos desde argentina
Thanks Claudio :)
Very interesting. One question: how did they get the anti-tank gun in there? It's amazing how heavy duty and elaborate the German bunkers are compared to pill boxes that you see here in the UK which frankly look like death traps. There are many, many pill boxes, anti-tank obstacles, and a few anti-tank ditches still in existence here in the UK as part of the defences hurriedly built in 1940 to defend against possible German invasion. On the German bunker in this video I notice also the angled overhang over the gun port which is a curious feature.
It was delivered in from the back which is filled in toady. Thanks for watching.
Hard to believe some of those walls are 20th century. Machu Picchu comes to mind.
There you go :)
Good content
Thank you Swen
Cool video
Thanks Stephen
HH, wondering a bit. When a location is not on public land, do you generally have an easy time getting the landowner's permission to visit? How much resistance?
It depends on many things. First how problematic the area is regarding idiots going around and dont ask and then how " private " locations are. many landowners just hate people walking anywhere near " their " bunkers etc. But with some diplomacy and gentle touch many doors will be opened. Thanks
nice vid
Thanks from us.
This is cool. My mothers family is german.
Thanks Anita :)
Good afternoon my friend how are y'ou and 🦅 eyes today let's go am ready
All is well and good to see you here. Thanks and greetings from us.
the Atlantic Wall map is incomplete. it does not show the Channel Islands which was part of it, as well as being the only British soil to be occupied by German forces. also 12% of all concrete and steel used on the Atlantic Wall was use there.
Well actually it doesnt show many other details as well but it doesnt need to , it is just a very coarse line on the planets surface :) Thanks
Great video I love it. Some pretty bad things happen here with my back. It's really becoming a issue. I can barely walk. It's ok because I always win in the end. I'm not going to stop trying and I'm going to try to keep the smile on my face. There are a lot and meen a lot of people that are worse off then me. So 8m not going to sit around and feel sorry for myself. Doesn't it figured that I would hurt my back on my 52 birthday. It's fitting. I only had 4 people wish me a happy birthday. One was a doctor. It's tr to purge my facebook friends list. I don't know how I got 230 friends. I only really know 8 of them. Ok my.meds are making me talk crap. Have a great time hunting for history.
yes that is the spirit my friend , never give up and i know you will not. we want to wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY my friend and the very best recovery. i know you will get by this. Greetings from us and stay safe.
Awesome
Thanks Billy :)
I just watched the entire video.👍
When you stuck your flashlight and camera in the gun torrent the walls were their original color ;there were no evidence of graffiti and I wonder what you would of found if you actually got in there.
Two thumbs up to you sir and Eagle Eyes.👍👍
Thank you Gary and greetings from us.
