Ah, a delightful half hour of Led and his family. And lovely remembrances. We came in one year late in the evening and stayed down in one of Uncle Robert Keliihoomalu's cabins in Kaimu. Went to bed and fell asleep and that night beautiful slack key was played by Uncle Robert's son, who's name I have forgotten and a haoli guy used to live in Santa Barbara, now lives in Hana. It was so wonderful slipping in and out of sleep to such beautiful music. That must have been 25 years ago, but will never forget it. Mahalo nui loa. Oakland CA

I knew a man once who apparently became enamored with me... We met through a travel guy neared Sam I think. Willie took me to listen and sing at a place where his brother was playing. When I came to Hawaii ('76?) I went to every island... this man (Willie) followed me and showed up at each island airport... then he followed me to mainland with mom. Willie.... was that your brother, Ledward? I want to come to Hawaii soon and listen to the Kaapana's sing. I heard Willie is no longer with us but would love to hear your voices.
