The following shot of your illuminated tent beneath the starry sky was picture postcard material, and the time lapse was simply stunning! As was the backdrop at 18:31 of Mrs HBS cycling up the track.

Thanks Peter!! I've got a topeak rack but I'm not sure you can get them anymore.. couldn't find one last time I looked anyways.. pedals wise both bikes have superstar components Nano pedals... They often do deals with fairly large discounts (I got a pair recently with 40% off as I recall) - ATB Tom

Ah!!! - they've a lot of choice in racks!! - I think mine is closest to the 'Uni Super Tourist Fat Bike Rack - Disc' - maybe mines an older version but it doesn't have the adjustment capability at the bottom that that one looks like it has. Pretty sure that one would do as long as all the bolts are tight!!!
That's interesting. I'm weighing up whether to go for a rack/panniers (which I've used on touring bikes), or a more 'bikepacking' setup like your wife's (which I've never used).
