The North Carolina native in me loves Wilmington. The history nerd in me loves the battleship. I’m only 15, but I hope to explore more of my state as I get older. You’re a huge inspiration man ❤
Wilmington, NC is a nice place that is being greatly changed and over-developed/over-populated everywhere by greedy developers, who have made the city an expensive place, which has become unaffordable for many natives, locals and other long-term residents. The Riverwalk is located in the beautiful downtown Historic District (a national historic district), which is known for its stately 18th- and 19th-century architecture. The sunsets off of the Riverwalk are breathtaking.
The increase in population has definitely made traffic more of a headache these days. And the old homes and brick streets are beautiful as you stated. Thanks for the info 👍
This is the truth. Although it seems like its happened everywhere in America to similar sized cities. But the current city leaders have done nothing to stop it; soon every undeveloped patch of land within the city limits will be gone at the current rate of development. A run down 50 year old trailer on a 9000sqft lot recently sold down the street from me for 25k over asking price within a day or two of being listed. 150k for a teardown on a tiny lot in low to medium income area of town.
@@JBurneyl think that wilmington the city has been taking too migration . Only not is wilmington , usa 's everywhere so is . The peoples who living in big cities anymore they want living at small towns . İn case it is very traffic by the car .
