Basically, We Wuz Kangz is making fun of African American people for saying they are decended from Egyptian Pharoahs, and saying that Egypt was a "black kingdom" which it was not, they were Arabic, and in later times, Greek.
It is also applied to times when historical figures who were not black are said to have been black, or portrayed as such. Basically, it's used to make fun of cultural appropriation performed by African American people.
It is spelled that way to poke fun at the unique way many African American people speak (aka AVL)
Uh so it was Arabic after the Arabic invasions, before that it was Greek and before that it was pretty diverse with the further down the Nile you go the closer to the black Nubians but the pharaohs were as far as we know similar to Middle Eastern races, so... Like Arabs but not exactly

Also, I think a fun series you should react to is Moral Orel. It's a claymation show that aired on Adult Swim years ago, it started off as a simple dark comedy poking fun at bible belt religious hypocrisy, 'Middle America' and the nuclear family glorifcation but then, without spoiling anything, takes on a fascinating turn later on.
