Knowing what the law is, is perhaps the critical issue here. It's the only way you can successfully argue any element. If you don't know it, then you're the one who comes off looking less than professional.
If you ever watched the OJ Simpson trial you will see a twisting of facts like you have never seen that was used to piss off the other side and then they made mistake after mistake after mistake.
The writing is extremely rigid in that it takes on a set format. You have to master the format and then learn the skill of exam writing so you can use the fact that model answers are never created and professors grade exams from those they think are the best. Most students do not realize this dirty little secret. We prepare all our students to take maximum advantage.
At one point this video says that a lawyer should "twist the facts" and "piss off your opponent" as if this was a poker game. I don't think this is true.
how often do you go to court. I've been in and out of court for child custody from 2011 up I have a papers idk wat to do with. every time I've went I couldn't afford a lawyer, only the baby moms and Ya the lawyer twists facts. even tho I've won every time, if they hadn't bs they real info the case wld of been quickly in my favor
