It's all about commitment and dedication,,most times we always shout new year resolution! New year resolution!!, before the first quarter of the year we begin to fade off and lag behind...my own tips is that I write it down on paper,I bring it out once every week and read it and access myself,by doing that repeatedly every week,it makes me to keep pushing hard more

This is priceless... Did you think about Meditation time... I found this really underated and Very effective for self reflection resulting in Clarity.
Also, focusing on the little things during each day, is also another way to capture great results, when it's all said and done
