I have Iphone 12 Pro. My 2 laptops can’t find the Wifi Personal Hotspot. But my ps4 or other iphones finds it. This is very weird. I don’t understand why my laptops can’t see the Wifi Personal Hotspot.
You are the first one to get it right. And the simple step of going to your phone's control center and clicking that green button to make your Personal Hotspot discoverable was genius. The only video I watched that provided that information. Great job! One video I watched actually said to make sure your iphone is connected to Wifi? Why would I need to use a hotspot if I had Wifi available? A lot of bad videos out there. Thank you for yours being full of accurate information.

My iPhone 11 was keep disconnecting from my laptop while using personal hotspot, r solve this I use reset network settings option which doesn’t work instead my laptop stopped connecting with my iPhone’s hotspot. Hotspot name also changed to - iPhone. Then after looking this video I only changed my iPhone name to previous one in ->General->about ->name & it Worked!! Thanks 🙏!!

The only way I can use my laptop, via my phone's internet data, is via a USB cable. And as soon as I disconnect the cable I lose the internet connection. The WI-FI and Bluetooth options do not work at all. I even changed the name of my i-Phone but nothing. Unfortunately.

Changing the iPhone’s name and retrying to connect, did the trick. It gave me the option to input the password right away.
