Great review! As a cosmetologist, I welcome the lack of a velcro fastener. My other appliances collect so much hair in the Velcro. The fasteners look gross and become useless.
hello Erin, greetings from Calgary… l got the new Supersonic neural last week, l have used it once only so far… so much too learn about it yet. your video demonstration was very helpful, thank you very much for taking of your time to do this review 🙏 ❓: l noticed that the hair dryer takes about two seconds to start up, is that the way it’s supposed to be? thank you in advance and again thank you for the video review!
I’m not keen on the memory function and can’t work out how to reset it . If you are a family and share it , how would it cope with that….. Do you know how to reset please
I looked around on the Internet for the answer but couldn't find an easy solution. You might have to contact Dyson. And I'd love it if you share what you find out.
I bought the Nural and I really liked the sensor when it comes close to your scalp. I have a sensitive scalp and most hair dryers are so hot. Unfortunately, that was the only feature I liked. I find this hairdryer makes my hair feel like straw and frizzy.
Would you recommend the Dyson corral flat iron as well? He said you still have to flat your hair afterwards I think I’m going to be in the same boat with that. Which flat iron do you recommend?
oooh! Good question. No, I didn't like the Corrale. The straightening plates flex too much and make a crunching sound when they straighten my hair. You can check out my full review here on the channel. But my go-to flatiron is by T3 micro: amzn.to/4hreipu (also reviewed on the channel)
They are not the same price. Original Supersonic is $70 USD more than the original(wish dyson would stop increasing prices). Great review though. Really enjoyed learning more.
The box found on the cord is your GFI for safety purposes, but it's better than having a large box plug for that like other units have.
True!
The American units have the box and the GFCI plug, the UK units don’t have either.
It isn’t, it’s for smoothing capacitors in 120V countries. All of them GCFI stuff is done in the circular part of the hairdryer.
Magnetic attachments and auto settings adjusting sounds like nice QoL features. Adds some justification to the premium price. Thanks for the review!
Totally agree, thanks for the view!
I just purchased it and your review helps to understand it - thank you, great work! wish you great success.
Thanks for watching, I'm glad it was helpful!

Just got mines today!!

Thank you for your review! I just got one and looked it up on RUclips for guidance. I enjoyed your review. Very thorough.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the insights into the complexities of your morning routine.
The flyaway attachment appears to be something I desperately need, although I don't have a Supersonic as I don't have enough money, lol.
They sure are expensive!

Sorry to hear that, thanks for sharing your experience.
Hi from Belgium. Really nice video. You’re very thorough. Thanks for making this video. You persuaded me to try it 😄
So glad to hear that, thanks!

I like to check this out. my wife has had a difficult time finding a high quality hair dryer.
Hope she likes this one!
just ordered it for black friday sale
Nice, enjoy!
The material is plastic or metal
Guys ‘ anyone finds that the button of this new hair dryer is so hard to press? People on reddit said that same thing 😢 is it a current issue ?

Thank you!
Hmm when will they make it battery operated? Have battery operated vacuums.
Hi from Brazil... good video
Hey, thanks!
good video....
Thanks for the visit!
I don’t think this hairdryer is worth it at all. A regular supersonic would do. This just seems like a gimmick that would break too easily.
