i suppose there is a preset path for spawned vehicles in the map that would drive on a specific path and most likely randomized path. this turning point is to help restart the cyclic loop that the vehicles have
It's in the lower right corner of the map. It's basically that A-shape (without the -), or "Door-shaped"-area, (wich ever works, I suck at explaining), between Whittlier Blvd. and 7th St. That glitched corner is on the side near the "7TH" and not the "ST.". Sorry that I can't explain it any better than this :/
