I visited in January 2023 and going back June 2023. It is the best hotel I have been at I recommend everyone to go. It's not cheap and worth the cost

Great video man. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S
Yes there are plenty of elevators in the resort to get around and a good amout of ramps from what I can rember, but I don't recall seeing golf carts. I recommend reaching out to the hotel directly. I think they can accomodate you the staff was great and they can give you the best advice to help make your trip memorable.
This is great. I'm a single parent going with a teen daughter. I would love to do the underwater cave thing but worried that we wouldn't be able to because we cannot swim. Also, is it super dressy for the dinners? Can teens go on the floating fiesta party?
Even if you don't swim, you can still enjoy the underwater cave experience with a guide. They provide life jackets, and it's required even if you know how to swim. You are on vacation, so do what you feel comfortable with no need to risk it if you don't. Dinners, for the most part just come as you are. I'm not sure about teens going to the floating fiesta party. You probably need to check with the hotel when you book.
We’re they trying to get you to do a timeshare presentation there?
Yeah if you wanted to get a free time in the SPA or another perk they had a timeshare presentation. We listened for a few minutes, but declined because we had an activity to get to.

Yes you can visit as many parks as you want in one day. My understanding is there is no limit as long as you have on a wristband.
How did you book your stay at xcaret? Main website or though third party?
Good question we booked through a third party (Southwest Vacations) paclaged with our flights it was a better deal than going through their main site. I recommend shopping around and find the best deal that works for you.
And how about tip? How much we tip in this luxury place please?
Tip is really up to you. There is no requirement to tip. I'd recommend to bring small bills of cash and if someone helps you and you appreciate the service to give them a tip, but you're not obligated to tip if you don't want to.

They breakdown the cost by park or activity. I think it might have been $40 per park, but they also have different deals. You can preview the pictures and only purchase the parks that you want. It's worth it if you go and take alot of photos. Yes they give you a link where you can download your pictures and select which event you want.
So is all of the restaurants food free and alcohol with the all inclusive ??
Yep all the restaurants, food, alcohol, and food at the hotel are included with your stay as well as access to the parks.

Yeah they refer to it as the Disneyland of Mexico. So you should have a good time and the staff is great so they should be able to help you with whatever you need.

Is it all the activities are included in the price ? I am planning on going to Mexico soon for the first time for my anniversary.
A majority of thr activities are included with the price. The ones that's were out of pocket that I can recall were swimming with the dolphins, dinner during the Xcaret show, and picture packages. There may be some others not included but for the most part you can go to Xcaret and not have to pay for an out of pocket activity. There is so much already included with your stay. I hope that helps.
We will be going in May 2023; are masks still required?
Mask shouldn't be required, but I recommend contacting the hotel to verify what their current protocol is.

Hows the beach at this resort? Can u swim in the ocean?
Yeah, the beach was nice and there were lounge chairs, but I didn't notice anyone enter the water. There are several pools so that's where most people were.
People pass in pools. Ocean is where it's at! Damn! So, you cant swim. That blows.
Did swimming with dolphins cost extra?
Yes! That is a separate activity run by Delphinus Xcaret.
silly question but XLOR, XEN-Ha, XENoTes and swim with dolphins are all included with the hotel package??? TIA
The only one not included with the hotel package is swimming with the dolphins. That is a separate cost, but not something you have to do.

Unfortunately, that is one of the things I didn't do.

No there shouldn't be any mask policy in place, but if you want to double check you can email the hotel
Dude.....11 Days with All-in at cheapest suite, 14.000€.....sorry, way to much for such a big hotel like this.
