Yeah I think it’d be a beautiful project. But it’s move in ready and someone can update to their liking.
A good friend of mine had a unit there for over 10 years, but actually sold it about seven years ago. It was a great building. The unit was fabulous but the building basics , plumbing heating and air-conditioning are not in the best shape in the building and that is serious, this unit needs to be upgraded badly too, when you bump in the property taxes and HOA you’re talking a lot of money. It’s a lovely building however, in a great location on the river, but you better have deep pockets
In Detroit, the HOA for Condos are more than a monthly morgage. Sickenning !

This is my exact thought. I wouldn't want to live there.
I looked at a unit in this building before purchasing mines & it's a Nice historic building, but it's very pricy for the location & amenities & very OLD MONEY looking. Also the monthly HOA is 1K+.
