I’m in Birmingham daily it’s a great area but poor parking there are some great homes there I just think they’re overpriced $2 million for this is steep the masters bathroom was the best feature for me
Beautiful home. Only thing I didn’t like is hardwood in a kitchen. It doesn’t feel like a kitchen should have done Marlborough on the floor to separate the living room.
Whew ! 2.3 MIL ! I would buy a home. I realize Birmingham MI is one of the most expensive suburbs ! I would say the condo is worth 500-700 K at the Most. ! 1st, only one bath tub. Don't know what is up with all of the shower only bathrooms. People don't realize they need at least 2 bathtub's. until someone wants to use the one in your bedroom. I believe most bathrooms should have both. No Free Parking for guests. At least offer inexpensive parking. Excessive Greed. ! Just like Royal Oak. The difference is the people in Birmingham are more affluent and Birmingham is a busseling city unto itself.

I love the bathroom, but not impressed with the condo, or the price. To me it seems to be overpriced for a condo. That is a price for a mini mansion. I know it's priced this high because of the location. In my opinion Birmingham has parking issues to me. I have seen houses in Birmingham look better, and was cheaper.
