I looked at a unit in this building before purchasing mines & it's a Nice historic building, but it's very pricy for the location & amenities & very OLD MONEY looking. Also the monthly HOA is 1K+.

A good friend of mine had a unit there for over 10 years, but actually sold it about seven years ago. It was a great building. The unit was fabulous but the building basics , plumbing heating and air-conditioning are not in the best shape in the building and that is serious, this unit needs to be upgraded badly too, when you bump in the property taxes and HOA you’re talking a lot of money. It’s a lovely building however, in a great location on the river, but you better have deep pockets

In Detroit, the HOA for Condos are more than a monthly morgage. Sickenning !

It's spacious, but probably costs a small fortune to heat in the wintertime, and all that brickwork would contribute to it being less than toasty in the house.

The layout is "REALLY" strange, coming in the front door, you are looking directly into a bedroom and coming out of the master bedroom, you are looking directly into a bathroom, weird.

It is great seeing the North End come back. There are great houses there. Go Detroit!

Lived in THIS area from 1982 to 2010 sold in 2015 ( I should say GAVE it away ) 1st house on the north side of east Philadelphia… loved living there left JUST AS this area was TAKING OFF ! What I bought for 8 grand last sold for 439 thousand dollars ! TOOK ME WHILE to get over that but after seeing how it was renovated ( and things they took OUT ) I finally was over it . Those are some LARGE UNITS in what is featured here. This area is FULL OF Beautiful originally constructed housing even though during the rough time TOO much of it was unfortunately demolished 😒
