Thank you so much ☺️ This was just such an amazing way to start my day today and I really enjoyed not having to practice on my own, I felt like I could focus on having fun with you and the cats the whole time. I moved away from home with my boyfriend and he can’t have cats. So my cat is at my dads and I miss having animals so I loved getting to enjoy playing with yours this morning. Thank you for all of your hard work that you share and all of the love that you put into your practice. 🙏🏼

Great vid Morgan! My advice would be using both fists when having wristproblems. Your height is different on one fist. That makes you go out of alignment. The risk of other injuries on the other side is higher that way 😉🙏🏻😘

+Morgan Tyler but in yoga is important, because in that way you active the bandhas in the right way, in yoga nothing is random, even what you look in every asana (drishti) is important.
