Well, we started off strong. I have just finished my first read through of Evangelion and (no surprises) I loved it. I haven’t seen the anime yet, but the art book looks absolutely gorgeous and it was a treat to see. Personally, I only have 2 art books so far even though I’be been in to manga for over 2 years now. Femme Fatale (Shuzo Oshimi) and the Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku volume. There was an oversize manga released in the first quarter of 2023 that is the same size as your average art book. As it’s been almost 2 years I don’t know if we’ll see a volume 2, but the art is among the most beautiful and expressive I’ve seen, so maybe check out some samples online. It’s called Otohime Diver.
