Potentially dumb question here…. I thought the primary purpose for Vendasta was the ability to sell the services offered here but with white label delivery and packaging.
I would focus on understanding the customers needs but all of these services would be provided by other people, not myself.
I’m trying to transition from the service provider to a marketing consultant with an agency arm! Much more scalable 😅

On Vendasta, yes that's one of the main benefits of partnering with us. You can re-sell what was mentioned in this video through our platform.
On customer needs - we ALWAYS encourage any agency including our own partners to understand their partners needs and provide needs assessment tools to that effect.
If "these services would be provided by other people" then where is your recurring revenue going to come from? We think its possible for agencies to do both - provide consulting on the strategy and then give them the tools they need to succeed (many of these can largely be automated, fulfilled or used by SMBs themselves).

I could do a walkthrough of a customers current sales funnel.. find all their weak points from:
Stranger to paying customer to a review to an empowered brand ambassador (HAPPY client) and any of those missing pieces that CAN be fulfilled through the marketplace or yourself through the business app pro you then price your time, your markup, set timelines and send the quote?
That’s thinking out real loud, but is that a simplistic workflow that makes sense?
Because now I leave all the $$$ on the table for the services I don’t offer after I consult that there is an obvious need and I’ll simply recommend the changes the customer needs to make with a guide and I’ll check on them in a few months after they’ve DIY’ed it, or hired someone else.
Vendasta feels like the ability for me to consult with WAY more Small businesses because I can now offered TOF content all the way through automated customer follow up after the sale. Full funnel design.
