Thank you for this short episode, and yeh I guess the AI Agency for Solopreneurs is the best choice to go for these days since this market will be huge to find clients and implement different type of solution related to AI stuff like AI Agent for example.
Exactly! Good luck in your agency venture!
Thanks man I'm definitely going to do that
Loved the part about using your previous job experience to your advantage. Would really like to see a video that shows some example ai automations for businesses that would make sense to start out selling.
Thanks! I strongly believe that is the best place to start for getting clients.
I guess I went high-risk but didn't have much choice. The pandemic impacted my employment and I was forced to take my future into my own hands. I'm happy how things have turned out though agency life has been the right path for me! ANother great video, Vishal! Thx.
Thanks so much Danny! The pandemic pushed many of us to do things we were uncomfortable with but I'm glad you took the challenge head on and it worked out for you!
I Like Number 4 "Finding Leads"! while no budget for paid ads nor actual followers and no time to setup automatic organic method like authority websites😅
Finding leads is definitely challenging and often for agencies it takes spending some money to earn money, but hopefully once you have your initial set of leads you have a lot of referrals coming to your way naturally!
I'm definitely in the "low risk" model. Hanging on tight to the safety raft 😅
Same here, but kudos to all the agency owners who take bigger risks of doing it on a full-time basis. If you can crack that like many of our partners have the financial upside and personal pride is immense.
1st option
Going for it! Atta boy Devon.
Unlocking the blueprint.
@Vendasta I've been studying for like 6 weeks on what to do. I'm just trying to figure out if I should just start cold calling places
@@LIGHTWORKDAILY hey Devon, congrats on starting an agency. I personally think cold calling is among the hardest ways to sell, but it's necessary. In my opinion, if you can/are comfortable, I would literally drop into your favourite stores, make an elevator pitch and ask for the business owner's time to make a more formal presentation. That's the easiest way to get new clients.
Meantime work on your cold outreach strategy which includes your cold call technique, prospecting approach, drip emails etc.
I look forward to your videos. Im curious what watch you are wearing. I noticed it before & it keeps drawing me in.
Thanks Tony, it's an Armani I got as a gift 10 years ago!
Please fix your watch
Okay, how did you know?
medium risk model
Hope your agency takes off so you can quit your job!
