Saw them with tool in Charlotte on 1/21/24. My wife and i were in the front row. We were literally the only people i could see in the entire arena besides one other random guy next to us who stood up for elders set. Ive seen tool live 5 times over the years but for this particular show, i drove 4 hours to see Elder 🤙
I was so damn stoked to see them last night with Tool in Denver! They SLAYED! I was really hoping they'd play Dead Roots Stirring, but it was awesome to see them do Sanctuary!
Fuckin hell!!! Live Elder is a ferocious beast! Saw them in Seattle, May '23, which was outstanding; somehow, this show is even better! Thanx for recording and posting.
When people say they want the band to sound like they did on Lore again, this is what they mean. (Seems like maybe a high pass filter on the camera mic?)
I mean that’s kind of their thing but either way I’m glad you gave it a shot out there and I’m glad you came here to check out some of their other stuff
@@951Dwdrummer I've seen them 3 times and they are among the best shows I've ever been to. *shrug* If I had to pick between a Tool show and Elder for the same price which is like $400 vs $30 I'd still pick Elder.
A lot of Tool fans who don't know... are about to find out. Couldn't have picked a more deserving band to open for em.
Tool knows good bands to expose to a larger audience ive always commended that about them.
I'm so pumped, their best opener since ISIS in 2007.
@@unwantedscrub 💯💯💯💯
Yup, about to go see them tonight at MSG, can't wait, hopefully a good chunk of the crowd will be there for elders set
@@sashachernyak7058 enjoy bro! Theyre killing it rn. Proud of em

Am I the only one who loves Coalescence?
Theres a few of us hahaha
Coalescence is great
Late, but Coalescence is incredible
Is Michael running a plexi? I thought this band couldn't possibly get any louder.
They can. And did. Tinnitus has entered the chat lol
I just saw tool saturday with elder as a opener, I really didn't care for elder , it was like one long drawn out song for 20 min.
I mean that’s kind of their thing but either way I’m glad you gave it a shot out there and I’m glad you came here to check out some of their other stuff
Lmao... complaining about long songs. At a tool concert. That's a new one.
