    Sir loved the way you explained about the importance of spine stability and pelvis position while bench press ! Please make a dedicated video for people with Anterior pelvic tilt ! How to train with an APT ..my stomach protrudes and my lower back arches and my core gets unstable while lifting ! 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    Legitimately excellent advice, which is a rarity. Bravo!
    Only thing that didn't sit well with me was the suicide grip. Nobody wants to die under a dropped barbell.

    Do you find barbell is slightly better for hypertrophy than dumbells on bench press?

      Dumbells for added adduction and arm freedom, barbell for developing strength IMO
