- Project 50 is a mental challenge by a state of mind in which you follow 7 rules for 50 days. It sound simple but actually this challenge pushes your mental limits and forces you to adopt a routine that genuinely changes your life. Yeah it will. Just got to hope the initial momentum is enough to set up the routine and let habits/discipline take the wheel
