I just couldn't get into the med school that i needed so i need to retake the exams next year again. I had been preparing for it since 2 whole years and had lost all hopes. Your video really did motivate me to get out of that drowsy depressed state and focus on what i can do further to get selected rather than wasting my time regretting over what went wrong.

Just a tip bro, it’s useless to cross arms during the cable flies. For high to low, stick to normal but try out low to high cable flies with turning your palms away from you, So that now you’re looking at your knuckles, lemme know how that feels

New subscriber! Saw your other project 50 a while ago and it encouraged me to try the challenge. Have to say I didn’t do it well but that doesn’t mean I don’t like to improve my self generally. Great content! Will be interested in watching more :)

I recomend to do the challenge easier. Like cut it into only 30 mins workout, 30 mins learn etc. Do what’s best but consistent is the key!

Thank you🙏🏼 I would start by waking up earlier to have more time for your morning routine and then start with 1 habit. If you can be consistent with that, you can add 1 more habit and so on. It will take time before you can do all the habits consistently. Just start with 1 habit.
You need more than 50 Days to break a loop. Atleast a year, where you consistently enjoy it. Not forcing yourself to go there because you have 50 days to do so = pointless.
I've done more than 6 months consistently working out but I enjoyed it. Now I am fat because I was focusing on my career and was banking = fat. I did not lose all because I worked out so much = the imbalance of muscles and fat, eventually collide and find a stable rate of fat & muscle.
Thanks for the comment! You're right that consistency and enjoyment are both important for long-term success with healthy habits. It's also normal for our bodies to change due to different life circumstances. The key is to find a balance that works for you and to remember that it's never too late to make positive changes. I hope my videos can help people get started on their own health journey.
Hi champ, be carefull with the green tea, there are reserches saying it can lower testosterone and have bad influence on other hormones. I do understand you do not drink coffee but it realy is a superfood and we cant demonise it so much.

I generally hate tea. But black tea has the best caffeine so it is good to drink in the morning time
Hey there! I hear ya on the tea thing, it's not for everyone. But I totally get why black tea has its appeal - that caffeine kick can be just what you need in the morning. Personally, I recently started drinking coffee again after quitting it for 5 months, but to each their own!

hey i want to share my probleme with The Project 50 . my big probleme is I cant wake up at 5:00 AM even 6:00 AM that s make me very nerveous so if someone can give me a solution i will be thankfull .
You don't have to wake up that early in the beginning, it takes time to build this habit. You can try to wake up a little bit earlier every week till you can build the habit and it becomes easy for you. You gotta be patient in building new habits. You can try to sleep earlier so you have enough sleep & use a wake up light (the best alarm clock ever). I hope this helped.
