How soft is to soft when it comes to slappy wheels? I've been riding 60mm 78a for a while with my kids but I'm ready for the next level, but there's a lot of rough concrete around me. Also, I don't want to go smaller than 58 is that cool? Love your vids and your Instagram 🙌🏽
3rdwoke Chris i would hazard to say that a cruiser wheel like a 78a is likely too soft. There is some horizontal pressures on slappies, and a bit of friction that a wheel needs a bit of slide... When I learned slappies in the 80s, I skated 90a wheels. However, you very well might be able to slappy all kinds of curbs with 78s 👍 thanks for the kind words
