1300 for a studio? Psh...tell that to inflation. Lol...there ain't a studio in any area north of the river under 1600 (for a livable unit). But realistically about 1800-1900 is more the average range.

I have lived in Streeterville since Jan when I first moved to Chicago and have loved it. It’s nice to see someone talk through it in a good light. I’m looking to move to Lincoln Park/Old Town next year - do you have a video on that area?

Question...I too am moving to Chicago next year, and I'm looking at Streeterville, Lakeshore East and maybe even the south loop. It's challenging because I want to live in a building connected to or near the pedway. My question is about crime...Andy said that Streeterville is not plaqgued with crime, and that was a year ago...is that still true?

@@AndySellsChicago No problem. I think people need to know the south side IS NOT all ghetto/bad. There are some great neighborhoods on the south side. My neighborhood Near South Side/Motor Row is wonderful! You also have Beverly, Mount Greenwood, Chinatown, Pilsen, Bridgeport, Pill Hill, Chatham, Hyde Park, Kenwood, Ashburn, Garfield Ridge, and etc. Chicago is way more than downtown and the north side. I love your content as well.
