Very clear, well explained and demonstrated. I felt something not quite right in my knee a couple of months back doing a heal elevated squat. I think my knee went too far forwards as I'm pretty mobile anyway and think it tracked to far out to the side, rather than over my toes. I felt a strain at the lateral knee. Then after a class with jumping that I have been to for many years, my knee did not feel good and swelled up. Can't bend it atm. Do you have an inkling of what it could be?

It could be an injury to the collateral ligament on the outside of the knee. Best to get it checked out by a physio who can assess you.

    Hello; thanks.
Is not clearly for me how many months should be performed?
I have kind of a lock feeling (or inflammation feeling) when squat or try to bend the leg (to stretch the quadriceps) completely. Plus the cracking sound. Never ever had this situation.
Plus the lateral ligament is slightly hurting. I am starting to work with weight (quadriceps) for that so seems that the exercises are similar
    The history with the knee:
I had problems with the lateral internal ligament but in the past after months of building muscle there (after letting a few months to reduce the inflammation--about double the knee size!---leg finished 90º and torn the ligament..2 times those incidents were about 20 and 25 years ago or so)

Everyone will respond differently, so hopefully you can take something away from this video.

So I got a problem with my knee where it "twists" it feels like it pops outta place. I cant find a diagnosis or anything that'll help rehab it
