LEGO Torsen Differential - How AUDI QUATTRO works

I was pretty blown away by the "Torsen Limited Slip Differential" and didn't really understand it. So I tried to build it with lego and got confused as it actually worked. The base principle is really simple, the hard part is to understand why it works as an open differential regardless its torque sensing and "locking" ability.
