The similarities in our pantries shock me😂😂. The only thing I probably don't have is linguine.
Tips I can share : apple cider is great for tummy aches. That's why I always have it. In addition, white wine vinegar is great if you don't want the balsamic colour ruining your salads but you want the sweetness balsamic gives.
I use coconut oil for cooking and baking and gargling (oil pulling). I find that it intensifies any coconut flavour pastry or meal especially when you add coconut sugar. It's a home run.
Honey has way more antioxidants than sugar hence the health craze. Still high in carbs but who's counting.
Different pastas hold sauces differently so that's where the "enjoyment" aspect comes in. Penne holds way more than fussili and that's why I cant do without it.
I use himalayan pink salt for detoxes. Unlike table salt, it draws out water from your body as opposed to storing it in.
Other staples are grains and seeds(chia and flax), baking soda (great when having acid reflux), SOYSAUCE and a wide range of teas. 😁😊
    Really liked this video. ❤️❤️❤️♥️

Thanks a lot for these tips. I have way more things in my pantry but I couldn’t fit them all in this video 😁The sauces need a separate video entirely. I totally now understand the need for different Pasta, I just couldn’t articulate it at the time. My seeds and grains will need a separate video cos there’s a lot to talk about, thanks again 😊

Yes, I used to like these sachet tomatoes until I discovered they are far lighter in texture compared to those in tins. The ones in the tins are so so thick and you get more volume when you use it. But for ease of use they are better

Oh I didn’t realise that, I like the convenience of these though.

I love Maggi too. I use all their brand. I hardly use knorr. Even when I buy knorr, it goes stale. I love this their chicken sachet seasoning
