What size of screws are used to tighten handles to each other

Sorry for the late reply...it has been busy! Not sure on the screw size, but they are available from the service department at Anlin if needed. Just send them a picture of what you needed.

How do you fix it if the door is closed and locked

Great question. With the door stuck in the locked position, lower the interlock side roller down to its lowest point, then aggressively lift up and down on the handle until the door sash becomes free. Then replace the mortise lock and readjust the sash roller.

Yes just about. But one of the screws behind the handle plate may have come off, and just needs to be reattached.

@@americanwindowconcepts5510 I have the exact same handle that you are using, but unfortunately I am unable to keep the handle tight enough for it to remain in place for long without it coming off. My problem is those screws keep becoming detached from the inside handle probably from heavy use the housing has become enlarged. I have four of these sliding doors all installed in 2020 prior to me purchasing the home and have no idea of who the manufacturer is ? as I want to keep the door handles the same rather than replacing the one that is causing me all the problems with a generic looking cheap handle. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
