Minute 3 Max Dual DB Box Step Up 20in/50#
Minute 4 Rest 1 minute

By far & away this ended up being a huge grip workout. Being able to hang on to the Dual DB’s on the box step up is key! My legs never really fatigued that much. At the end I was able to just walk away, maybe I didn’t push hard enough but I knew the snatches were my weakest. The box step up add up quickly. Tried to put the dumbells on my shoulder to save my grip but that didn’t work at all & ended causing more bad than good. Pleased with my number, very pleased with how good my snatches felt. Happy I qualified! Ready for the next workout!
Huge shoutout to my wife in the background cheering me on & taking care of resetting our row cals!
***Had a few hiccups, didn’t start with my back towards the barbell & didn’t maintain keeping the DB’s in the Hang position the entire time. Lessons learned. Спорт
Great work man!
Appreciate it!
Great job Ben!!
Thank you Crissy!
Not to be that guy, but unfortunately the Workout Notes state you have to start each round with your back to the barbell and you have to hold the dumbbells at your sides for the step-ups....
Nice job though either way!!! 👍
I had my fair share of hiccups, It’s all a learning process for me. But having my you all let me know really does help & I do appreciate it! Input from all different levels & perspectives is always welcome & appreciated! Thank you again🤙
@BenjaminReedyCF either way, very awesome job!!!!!! Didn't mean to cast any shade...bravo!
Oh no at all brotha! Critiquing is critical to getting better, so by all means let me know where I faulted so I don’t do it again & can keep my score honest.
Hate to be that guy, but the rules specifically say the DB's must be held in the hang position
Good eye, cause I missed that in the rules. Appreciate the critique/looking out!
Also you have to start with your back to the barbell at 3,2,1 go
@@DocBretDCyup! You’re right, missed that too. All good, still a solid workout & had a blast doing it!
