Thanks, athletes with such flexibility will be able to press to handstand in no time so the majority of athletes will not be able to really find this effective. just a note the water pipe above you is not meant to bear weight if it cracks, well good luck...
Very good! Do you know how to deal with periostites in forearm from planche? Idk if i rest completely or keep training basics (push ups, pull ups, dips)
Can I just ask, how are you meant to breathe during the press? In yoga doing presses the talk about emphasis on the breath to help with the movement. I purchased your programme but not sure when is best to breathe in and out or even hold the breath at certain points. Or does it really even matter that much?
In ur couching programs (like "how to handstand" or "one minute and beyond") when u write that everything is customised what does it mean? Do u like ask some videos of the skills and then make a program based on the videos??
1 min and beyond is not customized. Press, stalder, the new one arm dropping later this week are customized. for the customization you go through a self evaluation of flexibility and strength. Based on your decisions workouts are adjusted to suit you best
i tried that with the help of rubberbands 😂 its so hard to even lift the toes off the floor 😩😩🙈😂😂 i can do little handstand press walks but only can lift my feet for half a sec 🤷🏻♂️😂😂
You seriously never cease to amaze me with your extraordinary muscle control.
I can't lift my legs
Amazing! I have never seen most of these before, exactly what I needed thanks, Coach!
You're very welcome! Have fun with them and keep me posted on your progress!

Thanks alot, now i know what i should work on
But you gotta develop a HUGE ELASTICITY before!!!! And THAT takes YEARS!!!!
what I wanna know is where did you get them shoes?
I think they are Nikes?! They are shoes made especially for running. They are quite amazing. They have thick cushions. Feels like running on clouds ;)
But Coach, What is your training method? You are a Gymnast or Calisthenics Athlete?
Where I can learn and training like you, for strength, mobility, flexibility, endurance

I’m a new subscriber and so glad to see your channel!!! 🤗🤗🤗
Welcome to the channel!! Glad to have you here!
Amazing
can't wait for the coaching group on Monday
Great tutorial thank you so much!
If you’re aren’t flexible enough yet to touch the ground with your hands just keep doing pike pushups
LOL. If that's the problem, you need to stretch your hamstrings... which pike pushups won't help with at all.

That’s a good start tho. Now you just have to build upon that!
@@CoachBachmann yes thanks.. i will regularly train for that now 💪😅
❤
Great thanks 👍
Cool! Best! Thanks! 😂
Glad you like it!
